DJ Mewdeon ft Dan Punk 43 Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 Currently as Pokemon Essentials' battle system is incomplete and Reborn isn't a finished game, there are some prevalent issues and bugs in the game. I wanted to make this thread in order to filter out lots of reports on the same issues.This time, however, I'm going to try and use it to track bugs that have been noted/fixed so as to better inform users of what's going on in the world. I'll try to update this as much as I can and we'll see how well that goes ....E14.1.1 KNOWN ISSUES Randomized IVs from breeding will always result in 0. (Fixed, reupload soon) There are some inconsistencies with double kick. See page 3 for further details. Intimidate doesn't activate defiant. The metronome item doesn't seem to work. Break's (magma gang) Litleo is another frozen pokemon in combat. E14's listing spoilered: E14 KNOWN ISSUES Moxie may or may not be working, but the text does not display regardless. Using a healing item where it would have no effect may cause the player to lose a turn. (?) Flinch sometimes persists onto the next turn. (?) Destiny bond and Aftermath don't do anything. (?) The seasonal variations in Deerling don't always match up across the front and back sprites. (?) Flame burst doesn't deal slight damage to pokemon adjacent to the target in double battles. Destiny knot causes breeding errors. You won't be able to get your egg if you use it. Some shiny sprites don't have a transparent background: Ralts (back) Gardevoir (back) Nuzleaf (back) Shiftry (back) Steelix (back) Wingull (front) Goomy (egg) ... and more to come ... I have tended to leave the thread open in the past to discussion about errors and bugposting not found in the known issues, though much of the bugs should be separate threads first, I'd think. Some shiny sprites (ex. Gardevoir's back sprite) have a pure white background instead of a transparent one. True, I remember UnproAm saying something about a few of those. I think it's just alpha layer issues which Ame can resolve quickly, but if we get a concise list, that'd be nice. I -think- it's only 4 and 5 now with the updated shiny sprites being completed for E14 I'll leave that until the above issue is resolved. Link to post Share on other sites

EDIT: But please do it as Sheep said below. Probably a good idea to create a new thread for your issue though. Save file fixes don't belong here, head over to troubleshooting and if it's a recurring issue we'll add it to the list here. You can do this like so: (via forum FAQ) Q: How do I attach my save file? 1. While in posting mode, you should see an option in the bottom right corner that says 'More Reply Options', click that. 2. Down on the bottom left you will see a Paper Clip and 'Attach Files', click on the button there that says ' Choose Files...' 3. To locate your save file go to Local Disk (C:) > Users > [Your Username] > Saved Games > Pokemon Reborn - and select 'game.rxdata' Link to post Share on other sites

And it gives xp while the sprite is there It seems to be due to issues with Moxie, I'm assuming you were using Scrafty or another pokemon with Moxie. Link to post Share on other sites
