Sand only bothers me?[Resolved]

So I'm testing the Ashen sand terrain right now and like my Pidgeot is the only pokemon losing accuracy when special flying type moves are used. That includes this Wingull that just used air cutter on me. Only my Pidgeot lost accuracy. Of course when I used twister on Wingull, I still wind up as the only one who loses accuracy.

I didn't see this posted so let me know if this is already known.

Edit: Hold on this might have been only a one time thing. Never mind the Wingull I caught had Keen eye no wonder.
