Zaskfirnirgins 0 Posted November 2, 2014 Share Posted November 2, 2014 Hi! This is my first time ever on this forum, and I'm pretty sure this is where the post should go, sorry if I'm wrong. I played Pokemon Reborn sometime last year and had a lot of fun, but then I got a new computer and forgot about it. I would like to install this game on my new computer, because it's a lot faster. I can open the game itself, but as soon as I press enter on "New Game", the screen stays black for an extremely long time and if I click on the program, the game does the whole White-Tinted screen thing with the (Not Responding) window. I've been working on this for about an hour, and hope I haven't just been missing something really dumb. Thanks. Link to post Share on other sites

When the save file is loaded in an area that isn't allowed in an older episode (and vice versa) , the game will crash. For example if you saved inside the Grand Gate and loaded an episode earlier than 10, you would get a similar error. Link to post Share on other sites

I'm not super smart when it comes to computers, I'm pretty sure the answer to that would be Windows 8 and "AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon HDGraphics 3.70 GHz" in that order according to the system portion of my control panel. Jericho 114 Posted November 2, 2014 Share Posted November 2, 2014 Yeah that's the right info, That definitely shouldn't be the issue then. 2.5 GHz is more than enough. That certainly isn't the problem. Perhaps if someone has Episode 12 try downloading that and see if you can get the game to work. Link to post Share on other sites

I had my friend install the game, and for some reason it says E13-Cascade (Which I'm assuming is the name of the chapter.) However, mine says E12-Demarcation (I'm assuming the 12th chapter) even though I'm downloading from the same exact place as him- http://www.pokemonreborn.com/game/ Mirror 1. Anyways, it did seem to partially fix the issue, because it now says E13 - Cascade. However, I still can't seem to start up a new game. Link to post Share on other sites
