Xiri 101 Posted September 20, 2014 Share Posted September 20, 2014 During double battles against the Meteor Dames and Knights, I've noticed that their last Pokemon does not give out any experience points when defeated. I don't think this was an issue in any other double battles throughout the game, but yeah. Sorry if this was posted before Link to post Share on other sites

I thought it was because of a certain move, but this is interesting. Could someone confirm if this is also the case against the meteor grunts, for instance, in the first factory of the game, and also if it happens in double battles against a single trainer (Scrafty Gang counts, as well as doubles gym leaders, etc) Link to post Share on other sites

Once I beat it it immediately ended the battle without rewarding me experience. I had both Pokemon on my side of the field if that helps anything. Link to post Share on other sites
Lost Lore 12 Posted September 20, 2014 Share Posted September 20, 2014 This actually happened to me when I went to fight the Meteor grunts to rescue the daycare couple. Their last Pokemon, Aron, fainted and the battle ended without giving me experience. So is this a thing exclusive to Team Meteor or something because that is weird. And devious. And considering 95% of all double battles is Team Meteor related, I'd just say in general, its double battles against trainers. Link to post Share on other sites

sandy 3 Posted September 24, 2014 Share Posted September 24, 2014 ame, im having the same problem but i think ive determined the cause, i beleive that its the ally ie fighting the meteors in pyrous mountain with victoria i nticed a similar problem in the blackstream factory and while i beleive its ally related its not completely to do with team meteor i noticed the same problem with shelly while battlling in the ophanage, im not having this issule when there is no ally with me just comfirmed it, the bug is when fighting team meteor with an ally like victoria the last pokemon killed in the double battle will yeild no exp im not far enough yet to see if it works with allys outiside of team meteor (im using my 2nd play through) Link to post Share on other sites
