Hi, I was doing the Mega-Z Ring Sidequest and I realised that I made a big mistake by evolving some of the pokemon... 

I need the Loudred and the Roggenrola since I used them in my playthrough, I kept the others because I wanted to maybe breed them (The Loudred and Roggenrola had really good IV's so I didn't have to breed them)

I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out, it's the first time i've made it this far into the playthrough and I really looked forward to using Megas...
