having some serious trouble with radomus, due to trick room shenanigans and not being able to keep track of all the chess board rules. i just need some advice on where in my party to put everyone, and i can figure it out from there. i have access to heart scales as well if there are any better moves i can access from the move reminder.

[looking for remoraid]

hello! im looking for a remoraid so i can evolve my mantyke. unfortunately i got a clamperl for the onyx ward egg.

 

im absolutely willing to trade that clamperl in return, or we can do a quick touch trade and ill just feed mantyke a quick exp candy. i have no plans to use the remoraid for anything else, so i have no problem giving it back

im having some issues with the text formatting in battle. level and hp values are set too large, they appear slightly blurred and overlap with the hp and exp bars. its not causing any gameplay issues, but its definitely bothering me visually and i would love for some advice on how to fix it. below is a screenshot from my game.

 

 

 

[V13 - Performance issues]

okay so after trying several different things ive gotten everything patched and the game is now playable, but everything is extremely slow. especially the options menu, which takes a solid minute to respond to a single button input. the battle interface also takes a long time to respond to input, any time the screen goes black (map changes, entering/exiting battle, etc) takes quite a while, text boxes are slow, really the only thing that hasnt slowed down drastically is the overworld, but even the overworld has quick pauses when i walk from one map to the next.

 

running on msi modern 15 laptop, windows 10 os

2. if you adjusted the size of the v13 interface that crashes the game. you can go load an old save file used in v12 in v12 and manually adjust the size of the screen or you can press ctrl A and that should change the screen size. 

 

3. I get the script hanging every time I open. just hit ok and wait 20 seconds with the game open. It will load if something about the size of you interface shrank slightly you will know what I mean. 

 

option 4. I have no idea about how linux version works but linux is generally an operating system used by programmers so I generally still use windows. (even though I do have a basic understanding of java and sorts of crash reports. (the basic stuff) never used linux try my solutions and then ask on discord.

I have no idea how to use linux but these are all the problems I have run into. in game glitches like the prize money issue and others have patches.

[V13 - Performance issues]

so im getting an error message any time i try to open the game. its almost exactly the same message @Lorane was getting on joiplay, but im getting it on pc. running on windows 10, played the previous version with no problems, and ive played reborn on the mkxp format with no problems as well.

just updated my game to v13, im getting this error message when i try to boot up. i thought the modpack might be the issue since it modifies the script file, but i removed the mods folder and redownloaded the vanilla script file and im still getting the same error. 

 

[narcissa sidequest "unfinished business" (v12)]

so im having a bit of trouble completing the narcissa sidequest. im at the point just before you battle dufaux, trying to head to darchlight manor. the guide im reading says to agree to fast travel there. i disagreed at first so i could run back to gdc and buy more ultra potions bc i was getting low on them, and now she tells me to take care of my unfinished business before she'll let me fast travel. i tried going to the manor myself (without fast travel) and the events dont play out.

 

in the main story ive finished the whole thing with eclysia pyramid, but i havent yet started the hospital siege.

If you want to edit your save, you're probably better off grabbing a mod which allows that from the mod market. I think starry knight has created one that should work, but haven't looked at that myself.

ive edited my saves just fine with an earlier version of essentials. this is my second run through the game, i had to re-download essentials bc im on a new computer.

[pokemon essentials script error]

im trying to edit my save in reborn but im getting a script error when i try and playtest. this is the exact error im getting. im not sure if this is an issue with the newest version of pokemon essentials, if its an issue with the reborn pbs, etc. any help is greatly appreciated!

 

[unlock blackview sky tower?]

so im in blackview city and im looking to register for the tournament, but the building with the black triangle, labeled blackview sky tower, is locked. it doesnt appear to be locked at any point in the 100% guide, so im just wondering what the deal is? are there certain prerequisites that will unlock the tower? is there a key you need?

 

run info:
- i currently have 3 badges
- as far as keys go, i have the brass key, dull key, gate key, odd key, and shiny key

- i have the blue piece, red piece, green piece, and yellow piece
- all ranger quests up through blackview city are complete

[golden wings/fly]

so i just got the gym badge needed to use fly, and i went a bought the golden wings from the scholar district in gdc. how do i actually USE the wings? clicking use from the key items menu doesnt do anything, and i cant interact with the map on my cybernav. do i need the actual hm?

looking at the walkthrough, you want to go down the hole where amber first fell, head right (with surf) until you find a rock climb spot. you should unlock a new section with a ladder for the lighthouse

which badge allows you to use rock climb?

so i just got my 7th badge, and i now have access to the help center in kristiline town. im working my way through those quests, but i just cant find the lighthouse in aquamarine cave. is there something im just not seeing? do i need dive or rock climb before i can finish this?

so im currently trying to get all the starter eggs for that woman in the grand hall, but i cant seem to open the door to the room where you find fennekin. it looks like other people are having this problem too, so ive uploaded my save below in the hopes that someone could fix it for me. ive played everything through e18 if thats at all relevant.

so this is probably a stupid question, but is there still a way to get the mega-z ring if i ended up evolving one of the stolen pokemon? i wasnt expecting to have to use them for anything, so felicia's makuhita ended up being part of my main team. at this point its a level 91 hariyama, so she wont take it back (and i wouldnt want to give it back anyways).

 

is there any way i can complete this sidequest or am i just out of luck?

Hello! So I'm currently stuck on the fight with ZEL in the Devon Corp, and I can't do any grinding thanks to being stuck here. I'm looking for someone to help tweak my team through trade, whether that be grinding, temporarily sending me some new Pokemon, switching movesets etc. I've included natures here, but I'm a casual player so I don't know much about natures or IVs/EVs.
