So I'm playing a randomised run and I lost to shade because of his team, left the game for a bit and have now come back to it. Now what's happened to my game is that Shades gym is now locked, Shelly and Victoria have disappeared, the kids in the underground railnet have gone and I can't do anything to further the story. Please help
