Bro you don't need to stick to an specific team, i did not want to have extra members on my party, but there are times where u can have so excess exp, that swapping one pokemon for another doesn't really hurt. Also u can get the old exp share through an event involving melia's bedroom and the new one by gathering 35 ap points and purchasing it at chrysolia hotel, also u can only get skarmory before the fourteenth gymleader and then your pokemon should be around lvl 85 so that's not that helpfull, unless you cheat one in.

in the scoreboard that had recently been removed told that the percentages had been completed and if i recall correctly they've already playtested it, but i do agree with the fact that developers have the right to release something whenever they want and that a huge chunk of the community won't be mad at starlight since it's indeed an indie game, but reborn has also been in the works for 8 years and some people still follow it so i think they won't mind waiting a year or two.

there's a ranger hide-out in north north cellia get there and then you need to do the last part of the quest and then you should be fine

there's an abandoned powerplant in central cellia, you can get it there, it's guarded though by an strong elektevire around lvl 75

i guess you have to first get access to north cellia and then do a side quest involving clark., You activate that by talking to her she's in south-western side of north-cellia if i am correct, than you can get access to the ranger guild in central, but it would be a good idea to beat the steel gym-leader beforehand since you need a certain hm to progress through the island, and you get the hm as a reward for defeating him
