Me too! Gotta get back to Reborn soon. It's somehow been a month since I made any progress in my Reborn run (currently at 11 badges).
I still haven't seen the ending of E19, but I have faith it will be good when I eventually get there (probably another year or so).
I also haven't played Rejuv V13.5 or Desolation E6. My playthroughs are slow and meticulous, but still ultimately rewarding, for myself if nothing else. I did miss the hype of E19 releasing because I was still playing V13 at the time (16 months from Jul '21 to Nov '22), so I didn't start E19 (from the beginning, of course) until just over a year ago in Dec '22.

Can you load any other save files in either version, or is it specifically this one? Your game might be corrupted if you can't load any files.
Also, do you have any backup saves?
If still nothing, try posting here for more assistance.

There's certain locations and points in the story where you aren't supposed to upgrade versions. Load the save file in the old version and go to a safe location/play the story until a safe point to upgrade. I believe that the first 9 chapters aren't safe for upgrading. If you're far enough in the story, try saving in the GDC apartment before upgrading.

Downloading the game
When I try to download the game, it says something along the lines of "Reborn.zip is dangerous, so Chrome blocked it.

So I JUST started the new content in Rejuv. Only 30 minutes in and... Are you just trying to break me Jan?! Sheesh! So much to take in in just those 30 minutes! And no (MC) Pokemon Battles either!

It's been SO long but I have finally reached to the end of V12 of Rejuv. Time to do some of the major sidequests & catch some bugs I haven't caught & then it'll be onto V13 stuff. I'm so excited!

Hey everyone, I guess it's been quite awhile.
I don't really have a good excuse why I haven't at least logged in to let everyone know I was alright with Covid having been with up for at least a year and half. I'm honestly sorry about that.
I'm not really sure if I'll be on that much but I think I'll at least try now that I'm finally getting the awkward return out of the way. I've typed this quite a few different ways before, but I think just typing it quickly before I overthink and talk myself out again might be for the best. Thank you for messaging me @Gheist
While a part of leaving had to do with me distancing myself with SwSh discourse while it was still fresh (and much of Pokemon for a bit), I did have some real life stuff to deal with. By the time everything was settled down, it felt a bit awkward to just come back.....so I procrastinated like usual and then kept at it. Not sure if I'll fully return, but I'll try to at least pop in more often.
Again, sorry if I genuinely worried anyone.
Still haven't finished Rejuvenation 13, despite starting it months ago. Pupppet Dance Performance SOD's new Extended mod took my attention there.

I dunno where else to ask this, so I guess here is as good a place as any.
So a little while ago I got my computer reset in order to remove my father's influence from it, and in doing so lost a good few programs. Among the lost programs is the one Reborn and Rejuvenation use to actually play their music in-game, so they've been pretty silent since. Can someone please point to where I can get this issue resolved?
