I used to simply hate Sigmund back, when I firstly played Pokemon Reborn and I was kinda easily judging them fast, before thinking twice... Only after 2 years and rewatched and reading some infos (including the original Reborn Online League stories), it opened my eyes for such reasons (even to Fern, but more to people Solaris or Sigmund specially) and trying to do some headcanon lore to fill the loopholes in my mind.

Also the fun fact is: I easily can compare Sigmund with the ECT as aesthetic: While he gets heated for being a "creep" and "abusing children" and that the Electro-Convulsive Therapy is often represented as dangerous in media (Hollywood movies), which in truth isn't in the case. Most people doesn't know about someone's intentions, unless you look within the reasons. That's what I see in him: When his treatments are viewed as poorly executed, sometimes it works when using it to the right mental illness (like depression, schizophrenia)... I bet, he did "illegally" saved some lives.

I was thinking into specialising more into the lores, before writing the plot and I found there a few weak points, that must be covered (like traits, development and areas)

I had to delete my story because of that, but I'll rewrite it again, once I'm ABSOLUT sure, the lores and personalities are fitting the characters and THEN I'll post it. ~~Because I accidentally created a Mary Sue protagonist~~

For now I'll start with my OC's Mitsuko Birch (changed the protag.) and Eliza Connal for their lores.

I drew my favourite sister trio's artworks for my Chronicverse project. Also I drew their younger versions (possible after the tragedy in Belrose Mansion) and their current ones with a few alternatives designs. Hope you enjoy these, I'll start ~~hopefully~~ to publish artworks for my project.

3 sisters that survived tragedy since 8 years and fight their inner demons of their pasts. Broken, yet determined to make things better.

When you have to sacrifice your dreams and life, to protect your younger sisters and couldn't live with them because of a fiasco, you never committed. You hardened yourself and fear failure.

Blaming yourself for killing your parents and ruined your lifes and send them to a nightmare, though it wasn't your fault. You suppressed your emotions, to not feel the guilt anymore.

The feeling of being helpless and confused about those events and constantly fearing to lose the only things you have. You because sorrowful and traumatised at the most.

Headcanons for the Belrose Sisters, that (might) come in Chronicverse:

Saphira Belrose (24):

Her real dream was to become a model (aside being a Dragon Ace maybe), but had to give them up due to taking over Monty's gym position.
Her personality was more of a typical "Big Sis" and "normal teenager", but slowly changed into a stoic and aggressive person afterwards.
She wasn't that interested in becoming a Pokemon Trainer, but she still loved to train her dragons back them thanks to her father.
Her father gave her a Dratini, Tyrunt and an Axew when she was 8 years old.
When the fired occured, she was 16 years old.
During her 2 years stay at the orphanage (or I call it Lapis Treatment House), she often clashed with Dr. Sigmund due to his methods and what happened to her mother. Threats and escalations where exchanged.
Saphira became the parent figure and protected Laura and Charlotte from constant bullying.
After becoming a legal adult, her mother, Caroline, managed somehow to take her daughters only for 4 years before she died in an accident. Turns out she made a shady contract with the doctor, so her girls would be protected at her will.
However Saphira's behaviour become worst when Caroline died after 4 years and Labradorra City was occupied by the Coldcution Family, forcing her to take some horrible choices, which made her slowly unstable, casing her to leave her sisters back at Lapis Ward.
The reason: Saphira tried to kill the Chairman of the Yureyu Company and patriarch of the Coldcution Family, bit failed and got arrested for 8 months.
After being released, she was in a unstable condition and that broke her down to the point of not talking to people till 2 weeks.
As a result, she left for a 2 years hellish training with her Pokemon to make herself stronger. She mostly trains at Tazan Depths and Charos Mountain.
She has a vengeful desire towards Sigmund (suspecting him about her mother's condition) and the Coldcution Family (taking charge as a co- government in Labradorra City and oppressing her people) and her hatred only grows.
She doesn't trust Eliza Connal at all due to being Sigmund's daughter, although her actions tell otherwise.
Despite being hardened and stoic, she still is caring and protective towards her family and her city. However enemies might use this against her.
She and Titania became the Second-in Commanders for the Reborn Resistance.
Saphira once had a girlfriend from Calcenon City, but broke up with her due to fearing becoming her a potential target to Team Meteor. They lost contact 6 years now.
Her team consists of Dragonite, Tyramtrum, Haxarus, Goodra (found at the Water Treatment Center as Goomy), Salemence (at the Charos Mountain as Bagon) and Druddigon (inherented from her father).
She's bestfriended all Steelix at the Tazan Depths; especially one shiny nicknaming it "Crysorock"
Physically she's a force to reco with, but mentally not so.
Despite giving up her model dreams, she does a few mini jobs for the Monthly Magazine and often dresses herself in her favourite style called it "Dragonic Might".

Laura Belrose (20

Always was found of Grass Type and loved planting flowers.
She has OCD (short for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder); mostly in symmetry and orderliness (like she loves the Nummer "8" or putting her clothes straight together the same way.)
She was constantly bullied by other for her hobbys and often called her "Plant Weirdo", resulting her to become socially distant and often scared.
She has still nightmares from her father's death and mother's demise; often calling out for them.
Laura willingly underwent the ECT therapy as means to forget her own pain/ coping and EVEN asks them to rise the volts. This resulted her to become depended on Sigmund and being a voluntary subject for further research.
As a result of several treatments, she suffered temporal memory loss, nausea, sore muscles and has low blood pressure.
In her free time, she would neither write or drawn in her notebook (given as a gift) or helping with chores in the Treatment House.
She's mostly shy, but very kind and helpful. However she would not hesitate to attack, when it comes to her love ones.
She has mixed feelings for her Eliza and is a bit envious of her reputation, but holds no ill will towards the girl.
She has a big knowledge about Berries and often would sneak a few to study them. Also an extent level to make healing herbs.
When being allowed to go outside, Laura often visited Madame Megama (not the Megamium, but a 47 year old lady) an old friend of hers.
Laura was never interested in fighting like her sisters, but with encouragement and slow gained self-esteem, she started to train Grass Pokemon since 14.
At 16, she managed to pass an qualification for a E4 position (mostly with a weather strategy and some Recovery) and become one of the Elite Four.
Her first Pokemon was a Petilili since she was 7, but later got an Eevee as well (recieved as an Egg given by her mother), which will become Leafeon later.
Her favourite flower is Gracidea.
She often would see Shaymin in her dreams and prays to it. One day, she found a harpin in such shape, that might be a special gift from Shaymin herself.
She and Bennett had talked a little, as he admired ~~and has a crush on her since then.~~

Charlotte Belrose (16):

Mostly inherented her love for Fire Types, thanks to her mother.
Recieved Vulpix at 4 from Caroline's breeding projects; most of her mons were children from the former's ones.
Often would cause mischief and already was a troublemaker back in her younger years.
Originally a playful and active girl, who loved to play around till the tragedy and become a bit distant and bitter.
After Monty's death, Charlotte had a hard time to deal with in the orphanage, as her sisters had resented her, her mother's condition and the bullying made her to become apathetic and distant since 9, though she softened up a bit after a few years.
She would often visit her mother, when she was brought as well and even sleep with her.
Her strong bond with her made Charlotte a bit suspicious of Sigmund, as he would spend time with her as well. Since then she kept an eye on them both and doesn't know, what he want from her.
At 12, Charlotte witnessed her mother's death at the hands of a Pulse-Charizard, when the Grand Hall was attacked- sacrificing herself along with her Internape. Elena also was there, when it happened and was forced to take the girl away, while Caroline died.
However her last words (Stay strong like a bright flame and never let your heart and life turn off because of misery) inspired her to stay strong and began to train for the Gym Leader Qualification and taking her mother's place in succession.
Her Volcarona originally belonged to her mother, but she gave it to her, before her death.
Charlotte is resembling Caroline in both tactics (using Eruption and Burning strategy) and pyrotechnic usage (gained access at 15).
Her smoking habit started at 14 as means to cope with her issues.
She secretly joined the Magma Gang and is known under the alias "Inferna", for more freedom and fighting against the injustice in Reborn.
Charlotte is close friends with Eliza, despite being the daughter of the man that put her sisters a lot of pain, but sees her as a troubled girl innocent to her father's crimes.

That was it with those headcanon. Phew, never though it would be that hard to make lores for that, but I'll learn to handle it more

Also note: Some things are actually happened in the game and I took it from it, to put it on their characters. However as a result of AU magic, many things are altered so the characters.

Hmm... Now I have mixed feelings about Sigmund, because he SEEMS to CARE about the children, but... as you know he did it in a wrong way. It's good, that your AU makes him in a least better light than in the canon, but sadly the real deal between him and Saphira will occur at Ep19...

This kinda points something to a foreshadowing about a certain person, we all hate by heart.

Also noted, that he's lawful neutral (having good intentions, but with an antagonistic/villainous outcome.

And as we come to the gym battle against Shade, which children will be kidnapped in your AU? Will you make this an expection?

Report 1#: Grand War and Aftermath

In Orre, there were 4 clans that are worshipped and representing a legendary. They were also known for having supernatural abilities, that are connected to the representative legendary and Pokemon types.

Those 4 clans were:

1. House of Dakrai; Shadowians》Dark, Ghost & Poison

2. House of Xerneas; Crystonians》Fairy, Psychic & Normal

3. House of Yvealtal; Darknonias》Flying & Dragon

4. House of Girantina; Phantomians》Dark, Ghost & Dragon

Long times ago, those four were in a war of power and survival against eachother causing destructive casualties across the region, when multiple energy sources were discovered. Many lives perished in the crossfire and areas turn into war zones because of that, wasting everything their had for. However the main clashes were only between the Phantomians and Darknonians mostly; since the Crystonians have surrendered and being splitted into 2 factions- each belonging to the two victors as means of peace, while the Shadowians remained neutral and only took one other's side for their own benefits during the conflicts.

However they also began to abuse the power of their deties for selfish purposes and soon became mad with the power bestowed by them. Girantina and Yvealtal were both sealed and robbed of their powers, while Xerneas underwent a deep slumber and only Dakrai was spared of such fate.

But the worst ones where the Phantomians and Darknonians, who began to torment and tear eachother and even innocent lives for their own gain! But the most heavy price who paid it were the Crystonian Clan: Reduced to nothing but slaves, forcing them to work and give their resources to their masters. Luckily there were a few of them showing kindness and support, but sadly the tension always were here and one day, both clans begin to commit genocide on them out of jealousy of their specialties with crystal magic. Their began to destroy the last residence they had and even the Crystium Tree- the Holy Spot of Xerneas- wasn't spared, till the deity herself went mad and corrupted herself with the power of her own negative emotions and Dakrai's help- thanks to a deal we made with his house clan-, before she put both clans in a terrible curse: All nobles and higher ranks were driven with such unspeakable madness till they complete became puppets of their own flaws and began to ruin their clans as punishment for the cruel treatment and where banished to the deeps of Orre's underground areas, creating the Underworld Empire & Hells Kingdom along with Girantina and Yvealtal. They should feel the pain of thousands of Crystonians, whose lives perished away and how it is to feel ultimate despair and sorrow of the former, but also karma.

Like predicted, the curse fully spread to almost every soul and their routines became much worse like their victims. This would go on for 200 years, before Xerneas took pity at the innocent lives despite that and decided to lift the curse to the ones, who would grow worth of a kind and positive one to an extent. During the next 50 years, a number of them would escape from their homes and start a new life, but they have to learn to control their powers.

But the last branch families grew aware of what happened and slowly regained consciousness and graps about the curse. They felt humiliated and swore revenge for 200 of waste and since their numbers had decreased, they began to mate themselves with humans, in order to create an huge army of hybrids. Hybrids were highly regarded as useful pawns, since they both connect two species in their blood. Multiple children were born during the 5 decades, but soon a new conflict was born: The Empire Clash- a power struggle between the Houses. Like with the Grand War...

The fates of these four were currently like that:

1. The Queen of the Hells Kingdom ordered the examination of the male population, after gender struggle and issues in the court. A few families also fleed from there neither to start a new life or simply spread domination at the Queen's name.

2. The King of the Underworld Empire continued to rule with an iron fist and live a lavish life along with the nobles. Just like a typical tyrant kind, who doesn't care.

3. The House of Xerneas has been almost wipe out due to the last years of slavery and the surviving ones left across other regions or still remained hidden in Orre.

4. As for the House of Dakrai... They actually disappeared from the search, like the Crystonians, but both clans are still in touch after so long with a few families living in Orre and giving up their lifestyles, but the majority still remained in those beliefs.

But the war between the Phantomians and Darknonians still grew with every year, as of seems history will repeat again, if some force doesn't stop them...

I wish I could go back in time and prevent the war. All I want is simply peace and a normal life for my milady and my darling daughter... I wish... this prejudice to disappear finally....

Your MC protagonist is an edge edgelord with some past, which she had to learn to grow in a place she never was before (if I'm correct) and only went there originally to get stronger first, before she got to known the people much better closely despite the troubles she went.

Mine MC (pick Lucia of my Chronicverse project) is going to have a hard time adjusting herself into Reborn's ways because...

She firstly was raised and born in Hoenn, where conflicts were temporarily (like 3-6 months) and times are more peacefully.
Instead on going on her own to Reborn, she was forced to flee after something terrible happened.
She chose Reborn, because it's very far away from Hoenn (which was better for her).
Lucia's mostly a refugee to stay there till things calmed dowm in Hoenn and originally planned to start a new life till then.
She never indeeded to participate in this league, but only use it as a Plan B.
Suffers from being naive and delusional towards Reborn's problems and often flows on her memories back in Hoenn to distract herself from the current situation.

And this will bit her horrible back, since a few things gonna trigger her back of the horrible events, which someone caused her in the first place.

I wonder what moveset Pikachu is gonna use.

My money's on a nice Destiny Bond, Play Rough, Sword Dance and Shadow Claw (similar to Shade's Mimikyu), but maybe we'll have an illegal Electric Move since it was originally a Pachirisu, before got killed by Solaris Garchomp.

I'm looking forward to see the gym match between the edgemistress and the fairy leader

Feeling the tension is coming up in the orphanage and I'm thinking Gabriel will pay the price again, because of how messed up things are.

Also wonder, how is your universe's situation plot?

Reading the story again, makes me think that Gabriel is a honest and trying to be more civil, but becoming an unwilling "accent" in the battle against Team Meteor and he's just trying to stay out from major trouble, but gets into more (like with the events in Beryl Ward).
