  1. So i was screwing around catching hisuian liligants and i saw one use victory dance and noticed that it was basically a renamed bulk up on the surface. HOWEVER upon looking it up I found out that along side the attack and defense boost, it also gives it a 50% damage boost (basically it gives it adaptability upon use)

Combine this with its access to Leaf Blade, Close combat, good physical attack and speed, life orb + drain punch (or focus sash considering its shit bulk) and chlorophyll, H. Lilligant is looking to be one hell of a sun sweeper to me

Granted that is IF Jan adds the 50% damage boost or just ctrl c + ctrl v bulk up and gives it a new name

So what do you all think of this?

  2. I personally feel like the infernape crest could use a rework like how the empoleon crest was changed. What kind of changes im not sure but, sure, he has the moves to pull of a stall, but the item slot is taken up by the crest itself so he cant get passive healing from leftovers. I dont know, the crest just feels awkward to me (if that makes sense) as mentioned by Kriecht, his typing isn't really a good for stalling is it?

  3. This has been bugging me a lot lately but with the fact that dynamx WILL NOT be in the game and that gigantamax pokemon are just going to be megas, will there be any change to how the move works when eternatus is eventually available (i.e. double damage against megas instead of dynamax pokemon) or will it remain the same

  4. Goomy: Goodra castle after gomink quest

Beldum: requires 15k red essence in a special den in sheridan wetlands (MAKE SURE YOU SAVE BEFORE INTERACTING WITH IT. it is fought as a boss battle so you need to break its shields first and get it into the red. it will take recoil damage so you only get one shot to catch it. really annoying)

Deino: After getting 7 or 8 stamps go talk to ghost girl at one of those floors and she will give you one of two items you need second is in Darchlight cave under the Darchlight forest by gdc, in the area where you made the mirror, get another thing of darkmatter (or whatever the thing is called). go to a small island in front of the church north of Kristiline town to find an alter where you will encounter dieno

Garchomp: Zone zero after events at Eclysia pyramid. You can only access the pen after doing a puzzle in an apartment building to the right of the area (I'm pretty sure you need a key to gain access to it but i forgot where to find it

If your having trouble activating the gomink quest, make sure you do the sidequest at the farm south of gdc

  5. Are there any Wish users that fit well on sand teams or can i just use whatever has the highest hp stat

(also while looking a pokemon that can learn it, I found out that there was an event bagon that got wish so yeah somewhere out there there are salamances capable of wish, dunno if it is good or not but its a fun fact)

  6. SO i was looking through Untiered list on smogon an came up with some good crest ideas

This is just a stat boost club

Vikavolt crest would increae its speed by *2 and give it speed boost, therefore making it more accurate to its pokedex entry

Wishiwashi Crest would increase its health also by *2 (so up to 90 instead of 45) and drizzle

Swoobat (maybe) crest would give it an omniboost upon switch in to help its other wise meager stats

    Non stat boost ers

Turtonator crest would have it to where if its hit with a physical move, shell traps activates (Basically works similar to Bastiodons, just without the self healing)

Electivire gains fighting stabs and resistences

Carracosta gains constant white herb effect

Archeops defeatists is replaced with defiant or moxie

And bellossom sets up wishes and gives it regenerator

    what'd y'all think?

  7. Currently I have (and yes I used a little bit of Debug mode)

    Godzilla the Tyranitar  [sandstream]

(Earthquake, Rock Slide, Crunch, Dragon Dance)

    Enforcer the Zygarde [Power Construct]

(Thousand arrows, Dragon Hammer, Coil, Breaking Swipe)

Lockjaw the Feraligatr [Sheer Force and Crest]

(Liquidation{may change this to Fishious Rend}, Crunch, Dragon Dance, Ice Fang)

    Garchomp (Rough Skin+Rocky Helmet)

Swords Dance, Earthquake, Outrage, Iron Head

Spink the Galvantula (Stiky web user and maybe rift matter evolution if that's acceptable)

Thunderbolt, sticky web, Giga drain/bug buzz, Sludge bomb

Drapion [Toxic Spikes setter] Black Sludge

Toxic Spikes, Leech life, Poison Jab, Crunch

I kinda want to replace either Zygarde or Garchomp for Crest Bastiodon but I don't know as I kinda want a good steel type that would do well in sand

    What do y'all think?

  8. Agieslash isnt really a problem for me, (i play casual so i don't know if its different in any other difficulty) But whenever i fight one it almost always alternates between attacking and using kings shield similar to how other AI uses protect stall strats, so I just use a special attacking fire type (like Crest Typholsion with eruption, there are better ones but this one worked really well) or anything that can use non contact moves like earthquake or buldoze.

It does seem hard at first but when you really look at it and bring the right pokemon, its not much of a threat.

But these aren't words form an expert but an idiot so who knows if im right?

By that logic, every mon with multiple heads would get Parental Bond

    yes

I have absolutely no concept of balance

In all seriousness though I think maybe a boost to its bulk and Corrosion might be better considering that Weezing is mostly used as a bulky pokemon that spreads either toxic or will-o-wisp

  10. The following crests are just something i personally want and probably wont be put in the main game unless i mod them in myself. But hey its still fun to make some up (I chose the pokemon based on PU and NU list for both SS and SM

Aggron (yes I know it has a mega but i really like the idea for this crest) sp. def scales form def and gains resistance to both fighting and ground. Make this boi an absolute UNIT that can tank almost any hit you throw at it with its only weakness being water.

Emboar justs give him rockhead and sheer-force for some massive damage shenanigans

Archeops: Replaces Defeatist with defiant and gets either speed boost or intrepid sword boost upon switch in

Galvantula: 1.5X boost to both speed and sp.atk (maybe a boost to its defenses maybe im not sure)

Weezing: give him parental bond cuz wynaut?:D

  11. Bastiodon (at least when you get its crest in the gomidra kingdom)

its crest makes it to where upon taking damage your opponent takes 50% recoil and you heal for 50% of the damage. Give it sturdy, taunt and metal burst and it can wreck serious havoc

as far as special attackers go, HYdreigon or magic gaurd+life orb reniculus are some good picks

for ferraligatr vs Swampert, swampert is the winner here for me anyway, its bulky and a absolute beast with its mega in the rain. My gator boi can pull off some dragon dance sweep shenanigans but it can be a challenge to keep it healthy

A little late, but I use Pay Day Perrserker against the Audino Breeders to farm money

i use something similar but with persian instead and i use the ev trainers in east garen lab. doubles as eve training to. At level 85 i normally get 5100 bux from it every battle. slow yes but way easier and you can ev train other pokemon with exp share while doing it

  13. okay so i found this out by accident when i fought here last. her terrain is a mixed of an ice and dark terrain, so when she uses here ice type moves, they get a added dark type. Because of this, both inceneroar(the bridge between west and east Gareen) and houndoom(given by karina when you help her in amethyst cave) can completely wall her ice moves so long as you watch out for coverage, with snarl on houndoom, you can cripple here special attackers to.. AND dark type moves get boosted as well so that's something to take note of. Also, if you complete all the sidequests in kokori, you'll gain access to a small island in the safari zone were you can catch Magneton/Magnemite, and they can learn flash cannon naturally before your current level cap and their electric moves can deal with her ice/water types (UNLESS they changed it from in the current version)
