The Team Randomizer mode resets your Pokemon's experience after each battle. I don't know if it is supposed to be like that but it's pretty annoying.

You have to go back to Gearen City and find Venam.

No problem but I think the bug was fixed in v12.2 at least it is for me. If you are still having issues just post your save file again.

Save works just fine, but you might have launched the wrong game so that might be the reason it didn`t work for you.

I had no problem using your save so I saved again and hopefully you can use the save now.

I've locked myself out of progress at the start of Chapter 14. After the dialogue with Ren, Rhodea, Huey and Rheina outside of the Grand Dream Stadium, instead of following them, I decided to Fly away and do some sidequests. Now I can't go back to the area of the Stadium to continue the main story, because every time I enter the Train in Route 9, it doesn't have the option to take me back there.
Could someone put me back on the area outside of the Grand Dream City Stadium?

I think you have to finish the main story before you can complete this sidequest.

Correct me if I am wrong but it sounds like you just started the game and have yet to beat the first Gym Leader.
At the start of the game you only get access to East Gearen City, so you wouldn´t be able to do the Help Center quests from West Gearen City.

Get a pokemon with Compound Eyes in your first party slot and a pokemon with frisk in your second party slot. Faint the one in the first slot and you are ready to hunt held items.
Compound eyes increases the chance of finding a wild pokemons held item and Frisk will tell you if the pokemon is holding an item so you don´t have to catch it every time.

You can get a Razor Fang from wild Bruxish.
You can surf to Evergreen forest from Akuwa Town just look at your map and you should know where to go.

You can find Chansey in the bottom right Labyrinth area it is a 1% encounter. Torcoal can be found in the upper middle area in the rock smash rocks it is a 6% encounter.
