You're confusing the episodes and version. While it's true that V13 is coming out soon, it will contain episode 14 of the story.

Initially I just ran forced to check to see every combination, but then I realized that episode 14 is the one coming out right now and there are a few too many coincidences here, so I think I'm onto something.

Aight something I recalled is that a circle with a dot means Z in a particular cipher. While it's incredibly forced twzz +14 in the Caesar cipher is fill, and I think I'm not the only one seeing a certain sentence here.
