So yes I am now on Part 2, Crimson Flower route. YES. I decided to protect Edelgard. Sorry sis Rhea, but you were shady as hell from the start. Never trusted that girlie to begin with. Plus, I would never betray my students after I had gotten to know each and everyone of them. That sounded so emotional omg well maybe I am. I trusted Edelgard more and knew she had nothing but good intentions
tbh was feeling doubtful at first but when Rhea turned into blue eyes white dragon I was immediately guilt freeANYWAY this all caught me off guard but I’m still holding on to my seat yes ty. Everyone suddenly had a glow up!! Everyone except for me... but that’s fine. I was just astounded by all of their looks like long hair Ferdinand? Clean cut Hubert??? Mature Bernadetta??? I’m... I’m at a loss for words.
Anywho so yeah I’ve decided to hold off swsh for now till I finished my black eagles route. I thought I would juggle both but I’m just... way too invested in this game right now lol so I’m going catch up at post haste!!
I‘ll still take my time to enjoy 3H though. I’ll show an update once I get them to their respective master classes!!
So many games and so little time... can I just not go to work lol

SpoilerIs it just me or do a lot of the Pokemon seem defensive? I mean I've only seen maybe 20 of them but a lot of them seem really good the the defense/special defense stats.

SpoilerIt's not just you, but it does make some sense. The main mechanic boosts the pokemon's HP by a fair bit, but if there's one thing we've learned from wailord's existence, it's that just having a bunch of HP is not enough to make a 'mon a viable tank. The extra Defenses would help keep the pokemon from dying quickly despite the buff.

Hello peeps! Don't know if any of you remember the surprise GIF I've worked on for Easter 2018. Just like the Shade one, it vanished from my creation topic very recently too. But as soon as I noticed this inconvenience, I took charge of it and transferred all the pictures I've made to create the GIF from my old laptop to my new one, then improved some details such as the image resolution and the background (Used GIMP again for this). As I'm writing this message, everything is repaired, and the final result delights me even more now. Here comes an overview of the present work. Hope you'll enjoy it at least as much as me when I brought it back to life

You know the grayish bar just underneath the Reborn logo (it should have a miniature version of your profile pic on the right side)? Hovering over the 'More' tab on that will reveal the link to the Discord server.
As for the kipper itself, while I'm personally a bit squeamish about the 0 IVs in HP, I also understand that getting two stats at 31 is incredibly rare, and your Nature is perfectly suited for a Physical bruiser like swampert. I'd probably (albeit hesitantly) keep it, to be honest.

While doing as many sidequests as you're willing to put up with is a must in the vast majority of RPGs, I'd recommend you pay special attention to the ones that reward you with Department Store Stickers for the early part of the game. Managing the EVs you earn is going to be very important for the later part of the game, and since early game will always screw your spread over (not much you can do about that, unfortunately
), being able to remove unwanted ones with the Friendship Berries is going to be a major boon. The Power Items will also be helpful for building up the EVs you want, since they'll give an extra 8 of their respective stat (8 Speed for the Power Anklet, for example). Both item categories are only available through the Department Store, which is ultimately what keeps the place relevant for most of the game.
Another good idea is to keep a varied rotation of pokemon rather than just a team of six. This'll give you more flexibility against the tougher fights in the game, since being able to swap out a weak link for something more capable in the specific matchup (like, say, swapping a chesnaught out for a crobat against the Fairy Gym Leader) could very easily mean the difference between certain defeat and a hard-earned victory! It also helps you keep from going over the level cap so easily by spreading out the story-required Exp. gains a bit, though that does become a temporary non-issue between the Fighting and Flying Gyms (the level curve at that point is a bit wack).

here's my take on the SwSh Mantatory EXPsharing.
This will help the balancing if you ask me. "But how will it if that makes it easier?" I can hear some people typing. Simple: now they don;t need to balance it toward not using it like they did in Gen 6 and 7, thus hopefully not making it broken. Because with it optional the devs need to think "Do we balance it with it used or it not used in mind?", leading to the most likely case of it being balanced around not using it (because otherwise you're punished for not using it with a lot more grinding which would also make the same people bitch).
You can disagree with how I feel about this, but please do refrain from insulting.

. It's also got the dangerous combination of No Guard and DynamicPunch, if you really want to be serious about it. Design-wise, I've personally been interested in its seal for a long time, as well. On a less serious note, it was designed by the same person who bestowed vanilluxe unto the world, so how's that for sharp juxtaposition?

Every pokemon fangame has its flaws, but to this day I find Insurgence having no way to solo-trade-evolve to be the most egregious. You're literally relying on the game having a fandom in perpetuity, in order for a good chunk of the dex to evolve.
