I was simultaneously laughing way too bloody hard and kicking myself for ever expecting Cass to have posted anything serious in that thread the whole time I was reading it. Absolutely ridiculous, in all the best ways~

Have I missed some Ash-Gren. Crests? Those are kinda the only things that were hard-banned, so there definitely shouldn't be.

I really don't think that's a Written Run problem so much as it is a Creative Writing problem, to be honest. Closing the gap between where you are now and the Big Thing in the future is always a bit of a drag!

The thing is, both definitely have their benefits, so what's "best" is decidedly based off of what you want out of it.

-The Zekrom Route is best if you want everything to work out in an ideal manner, containing fewer casualties (both physically and- to an extent- metaphorically) and outcomes that, while still not great, are at least palatable.

-The Reshiram Route is best if you want to get the extended (and most likely "true") ending, and gives you a lot more information in regards to what's actually going on... albeit at some very heavy prices. Though considering how many places there are that can take off the path to the extended ending before this story split, it's likely the information the route contains that's most relevant on the average playthrough.

Well, the Crewniverse have mentioned that Peri's the ace and aro rep a while back, and is kinda against the idea of fusing still. Like, she's fine if others do it around her, but don't try to drag her into it. And considering what happened the last time Lapis fused with someone, I'm doubt that she'd be too keen on the idea either. R.I.P.

Unfortunately, it looks like that terror might be short-lived, though- Gen. 8 shook up a lot of EM lists, and whicash lost Dragon Dance because of it! Between that and seismitoad finally getting Liquidation, it almost feels like GameFreak wants it to fester in obscurity while its few fans watch...

Yup. There are actually two different tricks to it, though I don't remember which leads to the eevee rather than the other thing. The tricks are:

1) Go through all the doors that don't have railroads leading into them.

2) Go through all the doors that have two rocks near them. (He did say that he tried to mark his travels)

They're... not the most intuitive methods, but the poor guy wouldn't have been driven to such great lengths if they had been, ya know?

The southern end of the Chrysolia Forest (i.e., the annoying place on the way to Serra's town). The pathway to it opens up once the PULSE Abra incident is cleaned up. Incidentally, the path to the Mossy Rock over in the woods' northeastern corner opens up as well, in case you're interested in getting leafeon specifically~

Uh, yeah, that's a no. The two processes rely on very different energies in canon, so calling calling the Phenomenon Mega Evolution was a highly misleading decision from the get-go.

I mean, every singe pokemon capable of Mega Evolving also happens to be fully evolved, so the Eviolite was never an option for them in the first place.

Yeah, the train never leaves (much to its former conductor's dismay)- it's technically supposed to serve as your hint regarding how to find eevee, as well as slip a cactus pokemon into your hands well before you have access to the desert. It's pretty dang neat in general, if I do say so myself!

Not exactly- Agate is on the opposite side of Reborn's map compared to Orre's. It does mean that the two Regions border each other, though, and that the border shifted at some point between Pokemon XD and Pokemon Reborn to make it so that Agate swapped Regions on said map. 

Now look back through Reborn and note how often Orre is directly mentioned in the game (the train in the Chrysolia Forrest is a particularly notable one, IIRC). Even the truth regarding Agate City was foreshadowed this whole time~

Slightly less natural was making zigzagoon black and white, and yet Reborn had that as a shiny well before SwSh. That's a big ol' whoops right there!

I highly doubt that anyone predicted Galarian Stunfisk, though. Even its fans got Sucker Punched by it, so to speak~

If you thought the speech in the stadium was bad without voice acting, then keep an an eye out for a certain one in the lategame (seeing as you can't keep your ear out instead)- it hardly even makes sense without it!
