I don't really know. However, I noticed that most of my posts are actually public messages that I've written on profiles (Mine or those of the other forumers). And since they are not taken into account in the content count, only the reputation points are retained, which eventually increases the like/message ratio.

Attention deficit disorder can really be a pure hell to deal with! I can testify it

Flannery looks particularly unsettled here! What is she looking at? Did something happen to her? Do you want to find out? If so, I have some good news for you!

Hello people! Today, it's been one week since the 18th episode of TTOAF (The Tale Of a Firehead) has been uploaded! Despite the recent Christmas break and some personal issues, it's finally here!
To summarize the important facts of the previous episode, Flannery went to Peridot Ward to find Vulpix back with the assistance of a couple of policeman who also managed to find the stuff she lost in the accident. In her search, Flannery met a little girl who'd have apparently saved her Pokemon farther in the street, Dounia Pastor. Being a daredevil herself, as well as Nurse Joy's daughter (The one in the Grand Hall), she defied the redhead to protect Vulpix, taking her for a Pokemon abuser. She was defeated by Flannery pretty easily though. After she eventually put her trust in the ex-Gym Leader, Dounia allowed Flannery to rejoin Vulpix who was happy to see her mistress again. But then, the pink-haired children told her the cruel reality that Vulpix was forced to endure earlier. She also vaguely explained Flannery how she healed up Vulpix, bringing into light her talents and passion for nursing and Pokemon rescue. After further discussions, she became friend with the redhead, but the latter had to head back to the Grand Hall as the shadows of night arrived. There, Flannery informed Ame about what happened in Peridot Ward, but kept secret her encounter with Dounia. After that, Ame invited the firegirl for dinner in the basement, then took her to a room she furnished and decorated generously just for the occasion of lodging Flannery in the Grand Hall. This pleased the ambassador a lot. While Flannery was going to sleep with her Pokemon, Ame left to the upper floor to hear the testimony of the police officers concerning the investigation in Grandview Station. And just like that, the episode ended.

Meanwhile, I'll try my best to figure out what the next episode will look like. Until then, enjoy the story and stay tuned!

I know, this came to my mind in a period when I was surrounded by people who claimed that Pokemon games were made for casual gamers, fangames included. If only they could have known how wrong they were.
PS: I also was tempted to make something similar about One Piece with a summoning of Akainu, but I was too lazy for it.

Hello everyone!
I have a little something for you! You know Flannery, you've heard of One-Punch Man. But have you already heard of...

PS: One character of the story will suffer a very unpleasant experience in episode 18! Don't miss the fiery sparks

OMG Q-Jei sorry for not replying Merry Christmas to you too!!! honestly this month I am very busy with work
oops forgot to tell you that I have found a part time job.I need to work from 10am to 7pm and then recently I need to do overtime as I is getting closer to new year so now I also need to work from 10pm to 4am...........so yeah I'm very busy gomenasai .crap why am I rambling so sorry!!! -
Oh damn! I hope you're not too exhausted by your job! If so, you should try to ask if you can't take some time off. I know shift works involving nights can lead some people to sleep loss and it's not easy to assume such a rhythm of life if you're not used to it. Regardless of that, I hope you're okay and enjoy what you're doing anyway.
Out of curiosity, what does your job consist of?
(We can still continue this conversation in private if you want to!)

thanks for worrying Q-Jei
I'm currently working to help making props to decorate shopping malls for the upcoming Chinese New Year. and unfortunately because the deadline is getting near we are not allowed to have day offs until this project is over. And the whole thing is done by students ranging from 16 to 20 so we are very inexperienced hence why we took so long to complete this thing. One of the reasons why we need to stay up late is because we need to hang up giant calendars from the ceiling and doing it in the morning where there are hundereds of people watching is not a good idea, and don't worry I actually enjoy my job so I'm not complaining.......much. But hey at least my boss let us sleep in fancy hotels for making us stay up until 4am

In fact, I'm not the owner of this fox ^^ This is a photo taken by a member of the Facebook group '500 Foxes', a group exclusively made of fox enthusiasts. The fox in the picture has been rescued from a fur farm not long ago. Even if I would love to protect/have one, it would be pretty difficult for me in the present conditions, since I would have to 'fox proof' the entire house. Plus, I don't have proper outdoor enclosures, because it's particularly important for foxes to have space to walk and get some fresh air sometimes. A back yard wouldn't be enough for it. Concerning the picture, I just posted it because I found it cute ^^

Oh my lord! I just tried to play IWBTG yesterday (I Wanna Be The Guy). Seriously, this game is one of the most demonic things ever created on Earth by humans, and I'm choosing my words carefully! I managed to take down Mecha Birdo this afternoon, but the game mechanics and the controls are so tricky to handle that you feel more than proud after passing some stages. However, I don't expect to last very long in the party either. But still, I wonder if the creator of this game has already experienced happiness in his life for having elaborated such a cruel project!

PS: Mecha Birdo's Theme is absolutely amazing, even though it's an OST taken from Ikaruga (Butsutekkai). IWBTG may be more than a sadistic game, its creator has interesting musical tastes ♪
-
We must probably feel the same way indeed
And yeah, as for the difficulty, it's more about fairness and memorization. Even one single piece of the background can be a trap set just for killing the player in the most ridiculous way, which most of the time makes IWBTG more comparable to a punishment than to a proper 'game'. That being said, it's also extremely well encoded for an amateur game, and the multiple references to the world of retrogaming make it pretty attractive too
-
-
In fact, I've already played some platform games of the same kind before, and I've already given IWBTG a try 5 years ago. It was ridiculous, I couldn't even pass the first check point. I gave up. But recently, I replayed Super Meat Boy and managed to beat some of the hardest levels like the dark worlds from Cotton Alley. These two games may be pretty different from each other, I don't know why, I feel more decontracted now. I've learned to be more patient over time, and it looks like it finally paid off. All in all, I replayed it simply by interest and curiosity to see how far I could go in it

Just replayed Super Meat Boy this afternoon and finally managed to unlock "The Kid"

Mother of Arceus, those three levels are creations of the Devil himself! Still can't believe I beat this warp zone after five years of break!
-
-
Thank you!
By the way, I noticed that all the warp zones in Rapture are generally grimly hard! It forces you to measure each jump and each distance millimeter by millimeter, so you don't get sliced into pieces by a flying saw or spikes when you have to pass between them. I know what it feels like to be stuck at those levels, it haunted me too when I discovered them for the first time!

Good people are my oxygen masks. I think I need them to survive the poisonous gas that I've been forced to inhale today.
