What is possible as well is post city restoration with azurine lake back to being surfable there are dive spots with houses underwater and there is a chance to encounter corsola there.
It isn;t but it becomes wild underwater in the housing area

Try unzipping Reborn again and playing from new unzip
Of that doesn't work use a back up

Idk if your computer nis messing with files through antivirus or something but have talked to a few other people and none have same issue

Maybe it was the debug mod that did it?
Probably something along the lines of that when you messed around trying to skip the scenes it maybe not all the switches and varriables were properly done or something
