      Your saves are stored in a specific path

      Run and save once on rejuv then take the old saves from:

       

      Windows: C:/Users/[Your User Name]/Saved Games/Pokemon Rejuvenation/Game.rxdata

       

      Mac:  ~/Library/Application Support/Pokemon Rejuvenation/Game.rxdata

       

      Linux: ~/.local/share/Pokemon Rejuvenation

       

      To the same folder on the new computer

      This works for Desolation,  reborn, spork and many other games as well
