Oh I think it comes after we fight arclight in devon corp

I'm already in the post-game and nothing....
What is the reward for that quest? want to know if i'm not missing something too important

  2. For the peoples who want to start the final version from the beginning but are afraid to lose all your progress, there's a way to do it and still be able to transfer all your pokemons and Items with the Shared PC Mod.

At least for now, the way to use the Shared PC mod in the final version is to make a new file on version 18, then play it till the Inspector and Torkoal cutscene plays out then go back to the Grand Hall > Proceed to transfer everything you want to this new save file (all this still in v18) > Load this new save file in the final version then go outside the Grand all and then come back, at this point the Grand Hall should be back to the design of the final version again, then you can play the game normally.

This is what I did and worked nice for me and the game played normally with all the new events and everything, I'm at Florinia right now.

During the battle against Florinia, her Cottonee tried to use (several times) Nature Power on my Mightyena. Normally, it should have turned into Sand Tomb and hit me, like it did when her other pokemon used it, but this time it didn't affect Mightyena. The only reason I could think of is a conflict between Cottonee's Prankster and Nature Power that is a status move before turning into an offensive one. I don't know if it's a bug from Nature Power or a mistake from the AI, but it seemed worth reporting

Prankster does not affect dark type pokemons, this is why it have no effect

I'm not really a fan of duplicate types in teams so avoiding two of the same types is something I usually do. The team I was using before deciding to restart was Meowstic, Milotic, Growlithe and Mawile, with the last two supposed to be Dragapult and Skarmory, but since those weren't obtainable yet (as far as I know) I had the last two spots open.

If you are restarting the game then get the Speed boost Torchic, is the closest thing we have to a easy mode in this game, that thing will help you greatly with bulk up + High jump kick + flare blitz/fire punch/blaze kick.

Alola raichu with Nasty plot + Thunderbolt + psychic is another strong option that can sweep many gyms.

But most of all, you need a good support to make the life easy for your sweepers, and luckly you said you want to use the Espurr right? then make sure is a male so you can get prankster meowstic with light clay: reflect + Light screen + Fake out, with this you can guarantee in most cases that Raichu or Blaziken can set up to sweep.

If you are having difficult with a boss, you can always get a shuckle with sturdy, make it learn power trick then common candy it right down to lv1 and use it on the boss so they will not hit as hard anymore, at that point just set up in their face and go to town.

Yeah I think that is the only point.

IDK why she gives so many, I guess

being stand offish to someone who is trying to be a mother figure for you, only a few weeks (max) after your mother died is too evil, just as evil as murdering someone in fact... Yeah that makes sense lol

NGL It kind of made me think less of her now, i know she means well but why get so butthurt because the MC find it creepy the fact she wants to be your surrogate mother when is not even a month ago that  your true mother died? strange bro, just strange....

If you do all the events that give bad ending points then that gets you up to 95 points, then you just need to make one person hate you, or have slightly low karma, and you would be good. Tesla is probably the best person to make hate you, since she gives 20 points, while the rest only give 5. This lets you have a bit of padding to your bad ending points in case you run into a bug or something (for example, when I played, the "Hand it over" option in the ruined timeline softlocked the game, meaning those bad ending points were impossible to get).

Thanks for the tips, and lol, why making Tesla hate you gives so much points? maybe is a foreshadow for a possible plot importance in the future? because right now she's not that relevant...

Just to be clear, this here is the only chance we have in the game to lower Tesla relationship points besides not saving Amber?

Tesla: But of course, you don't have to stay here if you don't want to.
    Choices:
                - Thank you... (Tesla +2)
                - I don't know what to say... (Neutral)
                - ... (Tesla -3)

I just understood why: updating the files basically updates the whole game so to make it work, I have to give you my full copy of the game, or you could make the change yourself using rpg maker. I can wetransfer the game to you if you want, or explain what to change

Oh don't worry about that, i already finished the game and my next playthrough will just be a bad ending route anyways, don't think i will need Zen headbutt on that one. I think i will just wait for 13.5V, till then i think this bug will already be corrected.

    But thanks again bro

If you want to do it yourself you have to get as little karma points as possible, in the negative even. I recommend not doing any of the sidequests or help center quests with the exception of the hidden library quests for later events. (As well as one help quest in sashilla village)

      Hide contents

When you have done the library quests let karrina kill karen and then I think you have the option to kill karrina which you have to do. When you get to the doomed future part of the game you have to choose the give the crystal to melianie (although from what I've heard that option is bugged so it might not work) and when you have to make the choice again choose to let the others die. After that do the one sashilla help quests where you fight team xen members and then convince damien to arrest them.

These are the most important options to get the bad ending, but there are more I can't remember. I would recommend checking out the relationship guide, there is also a part in the guide that tells you how to get the bad end in more detail.

this is probably the easiest way to make sure that you're getting the least amount of friendship points possible. i've been using it for my own run

Thank you all, i think i know i good route for this now

On the top it says you're on 13.0.4 version? Maybe updating to the 13.0.5 should fix it?

Yeah I'm using 13.0.5, this even shows when i open the game, i dunno why the bug report says is still on 13.0.4

Can you drop your save file here? Best would be if you save right in the house with the Goomy causing this issue.

Thanks, here's my file. Apparently this bug only happens when i try to teach "zen headbutt" or "gastro acid" (i even put pokemon in my part that can learn the moves for you to test).

Liquidation, Drill run and stomping tantrum seems to be working fine.

I hope not because it is such a dumb thing to make people do to get good items. Just make them available please, and make the one time use items be buyable or something. You can always implement a system to limit certain items to one per team (like in competitive/battle tower style).

Edit: Also, literally only one Pokemon (well I guess Six) can learn the required moves for this. If this was intended, then we really should be given the fling and recycle TMs to help make it more accessible.

You know what is funny? we have access to this combo pretty early right at lv37 with any elemental monkey, just teach then covet with the move tutor on the library and they can learn on their own fling + recycle.  And any player how want to speed up the AP achievements will be catching a bunch of then for the evolutionary stone points, heck, we can even get the TMs for fling and thief/covet move tutor pretty early in the game (right after we get surf) and just use it on any random Garbodor/Trubbish (another pretty early and common option).

I dunno, maybe is just a coincidence that this combo is actually pretty easily available in the early game or maybe Jan actually planned this? maybe we will never know

  12. So maybe some people here don't know about this, but if you steal a item from the pokemon of another trainer then use fling -> recycle you will keep the item you stoled at the end of the battle. This way by the end game you can have access to almost any battle item.

This trick is not new and many peoples know about it but one thing I find funny is that it has been around since the first versions of the game and was never fixed, so i wondered if maybe this trick is intentional since even on endgame is so hard to get good itens in rejuvenation, like, in final fantasy tactic advanced the game expect you to steal the best itens in the game so you can get a edge on the A.I, maybe is the same with Rejuvenation? maybe Jan expects of us to do it so we can have a easier time in the game without the use of external sources like debug mode? because lol, i think in all my playthroug i only found a single focus sash and just one toxic orb (no flame orb for me D:). Is this Jan trying to tell us something?

From what I understand the current plans are to make it so that the terrains set by the terrain abilities (as well as moves that set them, like Mist) do not actually replace the field. Instead they will be on top of the fields, so that you get the effects of both without replacing the fields. Obviously I am not a dev but that is what has been mentioned on the discord.

This solution looks more cool than just reduce the turns of field abilities to tell the truth, if the implementation of it is possible i think is the best option.

  14. With the new version coming and the new gen 8 mechanics, i ask if there is an intention to balance the field-changing abilities like those of Rillaboom, Pincurchin, Weezing-galarian and Indeedee. One of the things that make reborn and rejuvenation what they are is the field effect, having the ability to destroy them so easily looks ridiculously broken in those games. I think i simple solution is just to nerf the number of turn the change take place to only 2, and with the amplifying stone for a maximum of 4 turns, I don't know, any ideas?
