    Xenoblade Chronicles is so good I’m actually speechless. I’ve been so immersed this past few days to the point that I don’t let go of my switch till I faint.
     

    I just bought the sequel today lol welp there’s no going back.

      I think it's safe to assume that there were not only football fans but the same people who take advantage of any public event (yellow vests, nurses, 1 May, pension reform) to break stuff. That doesn't justify all the rest tho.

    Been playing Xenoblade definitive edition and honestly they addressed and fixed 80% of the gripes I had with the first game. Only thing you really lose is the sense of mystery and exploration but at the same time they added so things so that you can explore without becoming overpowered.

     

    I don't think it is thread worthy but if anyone on the fence has questions feel free to ask as I loved the original.

      That sounds great then! Every point you listed definitely rings a bell.

       

      I remember now being unable to trigger some sidequests (the Riki one) and facing the final boss in a boring fight because I was two levels higher than him... I think I'll try again very soon.

    Rejuv question: Has anyone found the virtual badge quest ridiculously difficult playing the totodile route?

     

    And when I mean ridiculously difficult... I mean, I'm playing intense mode.

      Set mode Intense was ok for the first two badges.

      But for the next two, I allowed myself switches and items because winning required haxx.

    Wow is it really december already? and 7 days left till christmas? um

     

    Anywho I started Pokemon Shield! I think I'll stick with this version as I complete other stuff like completing the dex.

     

    I'm still contemplating on getting online since I can play local and do raids. Maybe I'll find the answer along the way. I actually want to try a little bit of competitive this gen.

      Well, it's too soon to tell. But I will keep an eye on that for sure! I think Ditto will drop usage. It was a must-have against Dynamax Sweepers.

      Ranked 3v3 is apparently good in this Gen. Except OHKO moves and other stupid stuff, the format is good for competition.

    I don’t know if I was too spoiled by 3H but SwSh would be so much better with voice acting #its2019. I’m just trying my best to imagine them with thicc british accents lol nonetheless the game looks flawless and I just got Sobble 😭 loving it so far!

      I had the same reaction at the intro. Without voice acting, the president's speech in the stadium felt so empty.

    Can 3H just chill for a moment here? It’s hard enough to process all the revelations, then suddenly a time skip happened??? Umm?? ALRIGHT.

     

    So yes I am now on Part 2, Crimson Flower route. YES. I decided to protect Edelgard. Sorry sis Rhea, but you were shady as hell from the start. Never trusted that girlie to begin with. Plus, I would never betray my students after I had gotten to know each and everyone of them. That sounded so emotional omg well maybe I am. I trusted Edelgard more and knew she had nothing but good intentions tbh was feeling doubtful at first but when Rhea turned into blue eyes white dragon I was immediately guilt free

     

    ANYWAY this all caught me off guard but I’m still holding on to my seat yes ty. Everyone suddenly had a glow up!! Everyone except for me... but that’s fine. I was just astounded by all of their looks like long hair Ferdinand? Clean cut Hubert??? Mature Bernadetta??? I’m... I’m at a loss for words.

     

    Anywho so yeah I’ve decided to hold off swsh for now till I finished my black eagles route. I thought I would juggle both but I’m just... way too invested in this game right now lol so I’m going catch up at post haste!! 😁 I‘ll still take my time to enjoy 3H though. I’ll show an update once I get them to their respective master classes!! 
     

    So many games and so little time... can I just not go to work lol

      Once you're trapped in 3H, you'll never escape until you've played the four paths, married Byleth with everyone, tried Maddening, and played Caspar as a mage.

      Concerning Ingrid, it all comes down whether you hit that 35% strength growth or not. So yeah, I can relate. I had the useful last playthrough and right now I have the broken. Thanks god it's happening in Maddening.

    The way I see it, the fact that Pokémon Rejuvenation won’t feature Dynamaxing is a cause for celebration.

     

    Thank you, Rejuv dev team, for electing to ignore it.

      I think it's a graphic issue too and mostly a time-consuming development risk.

       

      If somebody were to implement Dynamixing in a fangame, I guess there would be giants sprites to do, like everyone of them. I don't think it will suit a fangame made in RPGmaker with his little screen. We could have tricks like the giant Steelix from.Reborn but good luck with all the others ^^

       

      Plus, despise what's been shown so far, we don't know whether we'll like it or not. I didn't like Z-moves back then in the game (too slow) but ended up liking them in Showdown (they're fast. It helps).

       

      So, let's assume it will be good gameplay-wise. Since it changes HP, it will work like Zygarde turning into Zygarde-Complete. A HP boost doesn't exist in Pokemon Essentials. So, you'll have to script every others pokemons.

       

      Remember how time-consuming implementing Gen7 was? That's the order of magnitude we're dealing with.

    But as People, I hate both of them.
