[Regarding V13 (Major Update!)]

The devil works hard, but Jan and the dev team work harder.

 

Take all the time that is needed. V13 and V13.5 will be worth it.

Vikavolt: Swaps Speed with Defense, and gives it a Parental Bond-like effect, specifically for Electric-type moves.
