Maybe you don't leave them on 100% of the time, but they're definitely strong options. on something with a good setup move like dragon dance I'd probably prefer that personally, but on something like a moxie mon especially, they can be extremely good. (e.g scarf krookadile or band honchkrow with sucker punch work excellently)
Scarf in particular is nice to swap in for fight-specific situations where you need to outspeed on a particular matchup

Head smash probably will be ok against normal offensive stuff, but anything that resists rock, has a defensive boost from a field, or is PULSE2'ed in the later sections (252 EVs in every stat) probably has a decent chance at living an unboosted hit if it's a mon with a bit of natural bulk. certainly enough for 1v1 matchups, but if trying for actual sweep, that seems fairly easy to stop.

With no attack boost it'll probably struggle to secure KOs. plus you can potentially get off two dragon dances and then you're sitting pretty, while a second rock polish isn't likely to help much.

i mean sometimes if you haven't saved in ages it'll be preferable to save and then request unsticking than lose loads of progress, but in general good rule

I think the theme might have a bug after a forum update. if you're seeing a space background as the header instead of gardevoir, thats the default IPS theme iirc

It's adding gen 8, revamping a bunch of old areas, updating some mechanics (like for boss pokemon) and a big new chapter of the main story, which includes the 15th gym

It was just supposed to be a little crossover thing afaik: Taen mentions in one if his lategame fights about going to the region and has a crystal metagross on his team.

There's a bit of overlap but it's not really the same team as Insurgence. less connection between them than say, Reborn and Rejuvenations teams.
