  1. started a new fates run, and considering I wanted to marry Azura (this is gonna be a permanent save) I had to choose someone who would not get married and thus not have a child. choosing wasn;t easy, but I managed due to having a good Scapegoat who's son is just a straight downgrade. that's right, it's Takumi!

  3. Cloud Strife was lucky to have a friend like Zack.

There was no worthier successor to the Buster Sword.

  4. Are your meme services "Fur Hire"?

The archetype is pretty decent, I played it in the past. The gimmick is that one "fur hire" can summon another "fur hire" monster. Each "fur hire" monster can active their effects when another "fur hire" monster is special summoned.

The boss monsters are the exception to this theme and get their effect while special summoned plus a protection/negation effect.

So the goal is to create a chain of summons where one monster summons another monster which triggers their own effect which ends with the boss monster which triggers on its own.

Another cool thing you could do was to special summon a "fur hire" monster (preferably a boss monster) during your opponents turn to trigger your monsters effects during their turn.

field spells are great. A lot of them search a card from the deck so ancient fairy generated some advantage it also was incredible easy to summon with destrudo. On top of that ancient fairy dragon gives an extra special summon which makes it an amazing combo card.

I think I went over this before but just because you can play tic tac toe with your feet instead of your hands doesn't mean it make tic tac toe more difficult. Also just because the enemies got 2 times stronger doesn't mean the game got more difficult if you got 3 times stronger.

  15. sangan in duel links

the hell are you doing, konami

    1. FairFamily

      FairFamily

Well I think sangan's best use is for ghost ogre and snow rabbit, ash blossom and yoyous spring , Maxx C, ... :cards that activate from the hand during the opponents turn aka handtraps.

Duel links doesn't has these cards so sangan sucks. The problem with generic searchers like sangan is that the rextrictions need to fit the archetype it plays with. For sangan it requires to be summoned and then be send to the graveyard. With those requirements you might as well use the summon for something better. So I doubt it will be used that much.

  17. Conquest: I'm going to break you by challenging you to the point of you doubting your every skill in this game and not letting you rest easy for even a second.

Birthright: I'm just gonna rip your heart out.

Well they do try to sell extra games. I have birthright and the story was a collection of tropes/clichés and extremely unsatisfying. I could clearly see they were trying multiple games (the intro doesn't help either).

  19. Beating a Sylvan user with their own captured monster is a truly great feeling, especially after they made you wait through a long phase of excavating.

      Spoiler

      "Relinquished" + 1 Effect Monster
Once per turn, when your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls or in their GY; equip that target to this card you control. This card gains ATK/DEF equal to that equipped monster's. Monsters with that equipped monster's name cannot attack, also their effects on the field and their activated effects are negated.

      It gets better.
