That's strange, I looked everywhere and it indeed seems to be missing. Added a new one to your save.

There are two entrances, make sure you are using the right one according to your gang.

It kinda looks like you can't pass but it's actually passable.
Just in case theres any other issue that I'm not noticing for some reason here's your save, you should be in front of espeon now

The change in size probably has something to do with all the data that stores where certain events are located (the glass pannels, the eevees, etc), so it's probably nothing to worry about. There should be two entrances to the workstation, the one you use to enter and the beginning and other that opens after you enable the elevators (in the room you and Hardy checked but found nothing), so as far as I know if you left on your own there should be no way to be locked out.

There's something wrong with the last npc in the virtual badge quest (West Gearen City). After you defeat any E4 member he asks you whether you want to continue or take a break. If you choose to take a break and then talk to the npc again to continue the quest you are able to skip the part of the event where your team gets replaced with the virtual team and the field is set to glitch field, which will allow you to use your actual team against the virtual E4. On top of that, if you choose to take a break right before the champion, it will reset the whole event and make you start from the first E4 member (the problem with that one seems to be that the league progress variable that is supposed to store how many E4 members you have defeated is set to += 4 instead of being set to 4).
