This... is one of the weirdest things I have ever seen. I didn't even know this show had an official Japanese dub O_o

I don't know if it's just me getting older, but when did the term "vibrating" become slang to say "I enjoy doing a thing?" Specifically "vibrating" and not "vibing."Double points goes to the person who explains why on God's green Earth we say "vibrating" in a sentence that has nothing to do with repetitive motion.

So, I was searching through some old screenshots that I was gonna use for a post, and I found this year's valentine's post that I was gonna use. This was gonna be a video as well that involved a side-quest with Vivian and Vice that allowed for Vivian to talk with Mia in the living world for 24 hours only, before Mia departs back to the Next Dimension. At the same time Vice can speak with Mia due to... certain things involving Vaan and you can uncover those secrets during it. It's a lot of lovey-dovey, shippy stuff and I still may make a video on it, since it is really cute and I know some people will appreciate stuff like that. Anyways, heres the screenshot of *gasp* TEXT! If you're wondering why it is cut off, that's because RPG Maker XP is stupid and doesn't let you resize windows :L
But yeah, was going to be a Valentine's video and show off some post-game stuff that I was working on. Also, yes I am a sap and I do enjoy that mushy garbage XD

So, here's a huge update for the manga, down below. As you can see I have made significant progress as far as the manga is concerned as there are now 63 pages in total at the moment for the manga. Aiming for 100 pages in total. Again, we are hoping for the end of the summer to be when the manga's first volume is finished, however it may be in mid-fall when it is released.
As a random note: if anyone is interested in learning how to tone manga pages from my manga artist to speed up production of these pages, then feel free to hit me up.
Also, there will be a Japanese translation of the manga being released in Japan, so that's some awesome news for ya! Don't know how many of you will be buying it in Japanese, but it will be released there upon release! How's that for crazy? A fan-project getting translated into Japanese, nuts right?!
-
Also, on top of this Pokemon news, here's a cool new inking from my manga, with Vivian vs. Aria in the EX Chapter. The move used is not actually Ice Punch as you might think, it's actually a new move called Fusion Hammer. An Ice/Water technique that is effectively a much more powerful Ice Punch that also deals water damage.

As a post from me, to say "Hey guys what's up?" I wanted to say that my final musical that I will ever be in is the Drowsy Chaperone and I play the Underling. Which means I get spat on a lot:
As a disclaimer, once I graduate I will SO MUCH free time to work on my game, once again, so I'm right now just waiting out this last musical (that I have to be in) and I will get back to dev work. I have so many ideas that I accumulated over the past couple of years!

Check it! Dylan be rockin' that Seitz for Newsies!

Good news, everyone!
My manga has finally been published and have received, from my publisher, 50 copies to be sold, locally in Fremont, Nebraska. If there is anyone interested in ordering a copy who lives outside of the Fremont area, shipping prices will vary and will take a few days to arrive.
Very soon, ordering pages will open on Keikokup's website for more copies that are not in my current possession. In the coming months, we plan on having our publisher release quite a lot more, but not for the purpose of selling locally as I will be at many conventions, across America, over the coming months, and year, selling these and promoting my upcoming, second manga.
Anywho, per copy will be $14.99, and if there are people who want it that are not local to Fremont shipping will be factored on top of that.
My paypal is dylanrockin@gmail.com and make sure you tell me your name and address in order to be shipping a copy. Also, shipping will also be factored in, after the 14.99 price.

So, here is a preview and some "stage directions" for this page of the manga, which is one of the final 3 pages to conclude Volume 1 of my manga series. In sketched form, rather than inked and screen toned form.

So, in terms of the manga's progress, we have come a very long way since we started out, last May. This summer we're hoping to get Volume 1 finished and ready to sell by either the end of summer of fall. Below is all the pages we have done/are doing at the moment. The ones that look clearly like storyboards are in-progress pages:
Overall, I am supremely happy with my manga-artist and all that she has done with me over the past 4 years. We have worked together on various mangas, and we're hoping to continue working together for... who knows how long. She has been able to nail my character's personalities, characteristics, mannerisms and subtle qualities better than I ever could. Same goes for a lot of the locales in the manga, as they were designed with absolute care and delicacy that puts the biggest, dumbest smile on my face. I seriously couldn't be happier with how this turned out, as it managed to be even better than the game as it has everything corrected from plot-holes to even subtle aspects about character backgrounds and their motives which were... a little off in the actual game, and I still need to get around to fixing sometime.
For those of you still waiting on my game, I sincerely apologize, as I mentioned before in previous posts, as school has become ultra sluggish, harsh and the fact that I need to hammer through this last semester before I can readily get stuff done for the game. Currently though I have found time during the weekends to get work done, as I've went and made many changes to several of the game's core components to make things a little better overall. However, don't expect another video from me, about my game, until I decide it's necessary or if I have anything relevant to show off.

"Okay guys *heavy breathing* what do we know about our trucks?"
*heavy breathing*
"They're huge."

Single-handedly the 2nd best Chrome app, next to ad-blocker. Good. God. Now I can block all the videos with idiotic, click-baity thumbnails and channels that I absolutely want no part of. Which means every, less-than-stellar Poke-tuber channel, every "prank" channel, and every wannabe let's player channel that uses a facecam and has the most unflattering, click-baity thumbnails this side of idiotic.

Is this game supposedly Tumblr: The Game? Because there are people who've told me that this is the case. People who've played this game I'm genuinely curious if this is the case or not.
-
Let's be real here: the only reason why people still use their Gamecubes, aside from some of the best games ever, is for the Gameboy Player. I recently bought a new disk for my Gameboy Player and I am enjoying me some Pokemon Trading Card Game: GB2 and Mother 3 Fan Translation on it!
That mostly applies to those who prefer not using Emulators if it can be helped. Otherwise no.

A Pokeplayer got mad at me because I denied him early access to my game. Not gonna say who, but this is only reinforcing my hatred for Pokeplayers even more, as well as their stupid and not-so-endearing name.
Entitled piece of garbage. You HONESTLY think I'm making my game for YOU?! You're having a fucking laugh! Go make ad-revenue off of someone else's game, and piss off.

Yeah talk about entitled.
But seriously, I'm really glad that you're not doing any sort of open beta or pre-release.
Those sorts of things can really screw over the game sometimes rather than improve it.
People should just go back to waiting for a game to be finished and then play it.
No more of this "early access" nonsense. Can't understand why anyone would want to play an unfinished game.
-
Nuzlocking isn't in the game, because it would make the story not make any sense. I have the game on a rail for a reason, which is why you can't remove a character's lead Pokemon.
Pokeplayer: Oh Eevee fainted, let me just release it.
*In a cutscene later, when Eevee is alive and talking*
Pokeplayer: WTF?! I JUST GOT RID OF YOUR ASS!
Now you see why?
Also, @Commander I agree, FE rules aren't necessary, which is why there are traditional difficulty options that... you know... do what they're supposed to do - enhance challenge.
@5hift early access = early ad-revenue for Let's Players, which = exposure for devs. which = money. I think Let's Players should be removed from this cycle entirely, since most of their idiotic commentary don't matter whatsoever.

An example of title that tries WAY too hard:
The FUCK is "True-HD Quality" and why should we care if it is the "truest" of 1080p quality? Like, you listed 1080p effectively twice on there, why was that needed?

Oh, well basically 1080, 720 and 480 are basically just values meant to represent the width of a video's resolution. At higher resolutions the ability for one to distinguish quality begins to increase. The p, itself, stands for progressive scan, where all lines in a frame are captured at the same time.
But, for the most part, if you're a casual YouTube viewer you don't need to know what this means unless you want to have water-cooler talk and impress your friends with that bit of trivia

Anyone who has a Playstation Vita what games do you have on it? Currently I have Phantasy Star Nova, Tales of Hearts R, Soul Sacrifice, Spelunky, Rogue Legacy, Gravity Rush and Ys: Memories of Celceta.
Any games to recommend that isn't Persona 4 Golden?

Apparently, on Metacritic, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 is listed as the 2nd best video game of all time, just behind Ocarina of Time... wut. I researched this on the basis that Breath of the Wild was received so positively, and that it shares the 2nd place spot as well.
Don't get me wrong, I do like the Pro Skater series, but... REALLY?! It's considered the 2nd best video game of all time? I like the game series, but I don't like it THAT much!

Personally, I hate video game journalism and always have, since as you mentioned - reviewers are biased. Here's some sacrilege for you, I don't like Ocarina of Time, but I use the reviews given on Metacritic as a basis to see just what the consensus says about the quality of games. It is purely subjective, and ultimately, at the end of the day, it's all dependent on how I feel about the games I play.
I still found it bizarre that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 is even in 2nd place to begin with. Not saying it's a bad game, but the fact it's there is mind boggling. There are much better games out there, that deserve 2nd place more.
Side note: Breath of the Wild is probably going to be my favorite Zelda Game, bar none.
-
@Dylanrockin I say you should embrace the subjectivity of reviews rather than condemn it. I never said reviews are bad, only that relying on scores is meaningless.
Read the reviews and what they're saying, find out why a game is fun and why it may appeal to someone like you. That is the true purpose of reviews which has been overshadowed by meaningless scores in recent times.
