Here's hoping no Prtect-spamming stall trash gets that ability.

But for could get it, Golurk and Gallade would really appreciate that. It would also be more useful abilities for Bisharp and Keldeo. Toxicroak and Crawdaunt could also do something with that, water immunity is a niche thing, while crawdaunt would lose Adaptability, but gain actual speed and still be able to Swords Dance.

Pursuit now triggers the ability if used against a switching target, granting the user +3 Speed. Pursuit has its own code.

Also, Etesian, Protect doesn't trigger the ability because the priority move must damage the foe in order to set this ability off. I had it that way because I wanted to be sure that the move succeeded before triggering the ability, and then upon looking at the non-damaging moves that have priority, I decided that giving those moves Speed increases would be too OP.
