      the "Return command" - to return to its Pokeball, only works when he has the Pokeball pointed at his Pokemon... it's more like a command to the Pokeball to initiate the "return.exe" if you want to say it that way :P

      and for the move 'Return' he would most likely say:

      "Pikachu USE Return"
