Dark Pulse and Hyper Beam are the attacks it typically uses. It could be the only ones it knows.

Nonetheless, PULSE Abra isn't that fantastic on the defensive side, and a series of super-effective attacks will down it (PULSE Abra is Psychic/Steel).

Also, use the opportunity after Abra uses Hyper Beam to get a couple solid whacks in. Since you will almost always lose a Pokemon to Hyper Beam, it's a prime opportunity to put in someone with a type advantage and let loose...
