    My favorite out of this batch of characters are definitely Tesla and Crescent! 

    Speaking of Crescent, from the design she looks quite young.

    Which is what I thought, maybe in her 20s or so. In that case, would this debunk the theory of she being the MC's real mom?

    Klinklang: sure, it's lack of secondary typing and variety of physical moves hurts but shift gear and gear grind in the many factory fields in Reborn has been enough to get me out of trouble. The infamous glass factory gauntlet, especially. Klinklang literally swept the last few mons from Radomus and Serra, saving me the trouble of having to redo the whole thing again xD

     

    Lycanroc (day): yeah I haven't yet gotten me a dusk, I assume it'd be even better. But day is already pretty great since it outspeeds almost every mon I've encountered and hits like a truck. suffers from the weaknesses from the two above- being frail and lacking a secondary typing.

     

    I'm also gonna express my support of swoobat from Magus, it's a great mon if you face a special attacker and they don't one-shot you lol

    While I do agree with what you say, you might want to double check what game is being spoken of here 😉

     

    At this point, I find Midday Lycanroc to be a must-have for early game. Not only does it acquire a priority move right away (Accelrock), but it also gains Rock Tomb to lower an opponent's speed. Speaking of early game, I find that a fast Psychic or Fairy type special attacker (or even both) is needed against the Normal Gym Leader since they abuse the field like crazy. E.g. Espeon, Swoobat, Ribombee, and we used to be able to have Alolachu by then

    Do you think that's what's going to happen to Lin in the final arc? In fact, could that flash of light have anything to do with why the player glows, according to Anna?

    I've given her a few tries already and have gotten all way to Ageislash before I fail. It, Excadrill and Klefki give me the most trouble. Fuck that Klefki is heavily defensive, my Krookadile can't two shot it with Earthquake with an attack stat of 222. Barley can't but still. 
    Right now I've started working on EV training an Excadrill of my own that can outspeed hers and have a Dugtrio on standby if I can work that out. 

     

    Anyway, I'm guessing I'd better not look at that spoiler. 

    Did you know I once tried an army of Excadrill against her and managed to win? (lol)

    Indeed, he's very plot observant and this was a intriguing catch. 
    I also find it odd that Shade's projections showed a past event (Corey's suicide). What's the point of that?

    I'm talking about Ttar's take on the game Detective Pikachu! His commentary as he played the game made it 10000x better in my and Candy's opinion. 

     

    I think there are four stories/prophecies Shade wanted to tell. One of them already happened when the player got to the Yureyu Power plant, that being Corey's fall. Since that was a past event, that helps establish some credibility that these four events will happen. 

    I don't know where you are up to in the game, so if you haven't played till the end of v18, I don't recommend you click on this spoiler tag.

    And as we've seen so far, all four events did play out. Corey falls, Kiki leaves for good, Amaria jumps, and someone in armor gets stabbed.

    Only the Reborn development team can tell us what happens now....

    His Shade-crafting actually brought something useful for once. How come none of Shade's projections involved Ame? I find that a bit suspicious as her death was too important, storywise.

    His name is Kieran, yes. That was revealed in a v12 flashback when Braixen was the only one left fighting against Freya atop of Eclysia Pyramid.

    Looks like someone drank too much Tim Horton's Iced Capp before recording

     

    I was so looking forward to this episode to see Thamill's reaction to you-know-what. And then he ends the episode right before that moment.

    I thought it would end with him freaking out, saying "Reborn is done, I'm actually done; Ahm's not here, I'm not here."
