I lost to Shannon & Eli on the mountain and there is no way of getting back up there bc the calm crystal has no energy. What do I do?
Look for blue crystals in the environment. Touching/Talking to them should activate the calm mood.

Hey all. I just wanted to ask about shiny-spriting; I notice that there's a thread for custom shiny sprites that could get added to the game on Reborn. Is there something like that for Rejuvenation as well? If so, I've got a couple ideas I can send in.
There's no official topic for it, but you can always pitch your sprites! Maybe we can do something with them :]

I have 5 badges. I just came from the jungle to Gearen and Melia asked me to find Venam, but I have no idea of where she is. She's not in her gym nor in hte sewers. Any clue?
She's at her house, I'm pretty sure.

This is gonna sound like a really dumb question, but how do I apply the update exactly? This is the first time I've played a game like Rejuvenation and I really don't know how games like this work.
Just replace the files in your Rejuvenation folder with the ones that come with the V7 download. Your save will stay intact :]

Question: Will I experience any issues if I update from Version 6 to Version 7 when I am nowhere near Amber's Gym? (Currently on Terajuma Shore, about to fight Valarie for her Badge)
The places where it's unsafe to have saved for the maps have been updated are, quoting the V7 post;
DO NOT save in any of these places before upgrading:
Gearen Train Station
Wispy Ruins
Gearen City outside
Karrina's Base
Lost Camp
Other than that, you should be good to save anywhere when upgrading from V6 to V7, really.

i tried having him in one it got to "undo the final lock" and i waited another hour on top of that and nothing.... ill try putting him back in and no problem.normal type....i don't have many if not any of those definitely not enough for eight chambers
There's a lot of normal types that you can find in the grass in Gearen city, so try looking there. But yes, you need to fill every single purifying chamber with pokemon (even if there's no shadow pokemon in the middle) to max out the tempo, otherwise you won't be able to purify Beldum, which is also immediately the solution to as of why Beldum hasn't been purified yet: You didn't have all of the filled up.

another question how do i purify beldum? do i need to use that thing in the lab where i can go back to previous events to catch shadow pokemon?
You have to set all of the purification chambers to max tempo. This can be achieved the fastest by putting a bunch of Normal-type Pokemon in the chambers. The only thing you have to do after that is put Beldum in one of the chambers, after that it should purify over time in the Purifying Chamber you put it in.

in my first playthrough it was female and when i put them both in the daycare and the daycare man said the both done seem to get along as since it was my first time breeding with a ditto i istantly jumped to the conclusion that it was the wrong gender
also dose that mean when i put a male phantump in with a ditto in my second playthrough that I'll get a ditto egg?
No, I think for breeding w/ ditto it goes that you'll get the egg for the mon that isn't ditto, unless you put two dittos in the daycare.
