We're aware of the changes of course. We're still deciding on whether we're implementing certain ones or not.

As much as the Gen 8 changes might be for the better or worse (beauty is in the eye of the beholder after all), please try to remain on topic here! This thread isn't for discussing gen 8 mechanics but for the progression of development for V13.

Well, even though I can't show off V13 content because a lot of it is still in heavy development, I do have something else to show off! It's nothing extraordinary, but the VS portraits for a couple of the protagonists got some minor touch ups, as there were definitely a couple of things that could be improved about them. They should look better now, at the very least! All the changes made are visible in the spoilers. Old on the left, new on the right!

Crawli: "Illegal Pokemon identified! Leader Crawli will not appear until illegal Pokemon are stored away!" (He doesn't actually say this himself, normally he would've walked up to the field but this doesn't happen with a shadow pokemon in your team)
Angie: "Get those wretched, evil, vile, disgusting things away from here...! It burns me! Get them out!"
Amber: "Hey, no Shadow Pokemon! Do you want me to report you to the police?!"
After these there's no switches that trigger special diagloue anymore when having a Shadow Pokemon on your team.

VERY excited that ppl wanted to put the song as the new route 4 theme!!!! it's kinda funny how route 4 initially had a remix i made, then it went to a remix by a different artist, and now it's back to a remix i did. we've come full circle!!!!!

They function basically the same as they do in SWSH, so they give fixed amounts of Exp!

Hey, I normally don't really use Reborn as a medium to promote my commissions but I'm in a bit of a pinch as my laptop is starting to deteriorate pretty fast at the moment, so I'm offering commissions for large illustrations. I know this is probably not the right audience to ask as these illustrations aren't cheap and most ppl here are students, but I need the money to buy a new PC. Even if you can't commission me for one, it'd be helpful to try to spread the word about it by RT'ing the tweet linked below, or sharing it with others who might be interested. Hey, as much as these memes are funny and all, this thread was meant for stuff like art and fics, not meme edits that took about 5 minutes to make. It's okay to post one of those once in a while, but given that it's starting to bury other works which did have some more effort put into it, I'm gonna ask you to stop posting memes for the time being. Please create a meme thread or something along those lines if you want to keep posting them from now on out!

I'm actually not super into the franchise, but I got those sketches commissioned during a couple of my sketch request streams I did back in August/September! I did read up a bit on the lore and such though, I find the story interesting

ive been. shoulder deep in fe3h hell and i don't think there's any escape???? so yeah. lots of fe stuff in the spoilers. you have been warned. its a lot of dimitri. also like 80% of these are sketches??? i haven't done a lot of fully rendered stuff lately because of that i've been busy as all FUCK during the summer because of the flower parade so i only really had time to sketch for like two months. also, most of my other free time that i did have went into the animation that's linked as well which ate like fuckin uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh at LEAST 30 hours of my time so that's a thing

Actually, I had to help someone with a similar problem earlier this week. Your savefile is likely corrupted, please try reverting to an older savefile if you have backups enabled! If that doesn't work, try downloading the patch for V12.2 in the V12 download thread which is pinned to the subforum. If that still doesn't work and you don't have backup files enabled, unfortunately we probably won't be able to do anything for you and it means you'll have to make a new file :[
