      Well, a Pokémon doesn't necessarily have to chance in order to drop or go up in a tier.

      It's just the Meta Game around it changing. Stalling is... Starting to pick up a little more momentum again, not like it was in Gen II of course; but it's picking up in places.

      I'd like to see Suicune make a come back, we need more Gen II in the OU game.
