      Poison Point would be better, but yea Toxic > Poison Point.

      ~you should totally give Umbreon Magic Guard because Espeon has Magic Bounce and it wouldn't be broken at all :D~

    Is torkoal a good fire type?

      It's decent enough in-game, but competitively yes the only reason to be using it is for Rapid Spin on a Fire Mono or if you're playing in like PU (even then PU has some better stuff like Monferno for Stealth Rock and Armaldo for spinning)
