  1. I actually had a ton of fun using Feraligatr and Delphox in SS and Y, I didn't hate them too much. My list would probably be:

    5. Turtwig. I had a 'traumatic experience' back when I was 11 or 12 playing Diamond, not saving (for I had another file) and me ragequitting after Torterra lost to the Ice Gym twice in a row. Good times.

    4. Piplup. Bad in battle, and back when I was a wee smalljra I absolutely hated this little shit in the anime

    3. Tepig. Only because it's not as good as it's predecessors.

    2. Snivy. Coil Coil Potion Leaf blade. Repeat every battle.

    1. Chikorita. Dual screens can't save this pokemon.

  2. TI (finally) L that almost all of the areas in reborn are based off of some kind of gemstone/rock. Opal, Peridot, Obsidia, Onyx, Coral, Jasper, Beryl, Azurine, Iolite, Citrine, Ametrine, Celestine, Aventurine, Tourmaline... The list goes on. (I don't know where Byxbysion comes from, though!)

  3. Hmm... lemme think.

    Liked:

K: Lt. Surge/Koga. Ninja and Lightning American? F' yeah! I like these two mainly because they were so awesome in the manga but also because they stuck out the most when I played my first game, FireRed, for the first time.
J: Whitney. Yeah I said that right, Whitney. I always liked her since, when I was smalljra (ha!) she was my first video game crush for some reason. Nowadays, seeing all of other people's struggles, I see it as more of an excellent test of your early-mid game team after the two pushovers before her. Plus, her Glazed E4 battle is excellent.
    H: Juan. What a beast.

S: Crasher Wake: A passionate guy who loves Pokemon, swimming, and having his shirt off. Couldn't be more like me.

U: Skyla: I thought she was hot as a pre-pubescent teenager, and it just kinda stuck since I really didn't like any of the other Unova leaders much.

K: Korrina: Mainly because all of the other XY leaders suuuuuucked as characters, she was the only one with development.
R: Radomus: I like talking in riddles and metaphors, plus I love playing through his arc of the game, solving his gym puzzle, and battling his team every time. Such a memorable character who we'll definitely love to see more of.

    Disliked:

K: Erika: Too boring, in every incarnation. The dude outside her gym woulda been a better leader.

J: Bugsy: In my opinion, out of all 45-ish gym leaders, he's the easiest to demolish.

H: Flannery: Screw Overheat spam, also theJWittz' hottest nintendo girls list was the largest letdown ever.

S: Fantina: I don't know why, I just thought her and contests were really dumb.

U: Clay: Partially hatred for Ground types, partially Southern accent, I just disliked him overall.

K: ...Literally all of the others besides Korrina. They were all so boring and I'm 99% you couldn't find a single one outside of their gyms in XY, besides the Battle Chateau.

R: 'Aya': An expression for when one is extremely annoyed, such as a battle with Reborn's replacement poison leader.

  4. TIL (or maybe two days ago, who knows....?????!?!) that Gourgeist actually gets Trick-or-Treat four times during it's level up: levels 6, 23, 40, 63. After Generation six added the possibility of Pokemon having the same move in the level up pool multiple times, Gourgeist has the most for a single move.

  5. I would think that Rotom might be able to learn these moves seeing as it can become a refrigerator and an over (toaster oven?).

Those are good move ideas for sure, while you're at it why not go further and create a Flying and a Grass one for use by the other Rotom forms. Even though those moves are generally useless, at least for the gimmick I'd like it.

    Skill Shuffle

    Type: Psychic

    Accuracy: 100

    --

Skill Shuffle rotates a target's current ability with its secondary ability or dream world ability, at random. It will fail if the target only has one ability.

Bonus: if the target is mega-evolved, Skill Shuffle will rotate its current ability to one of its non-mega abilities.

Since abilities are so important in competitive play nowadays, this move could have an impact in battles, especially if it was a widespread move (by TM or Tutor perhaps). What makes this stand out over Entrainment, Simple Beam, etc. is that you could effectively cripple an opponent based on their abilities. I added the mega clause just because it would be pretty sweet to force a Mega Lopunny to be stuck with Klutz, unable to use its mega stone.

  6. If I am correct about the second one, which exact tile do I have to be on to trigger the patience event. If it's the one with the slab, do I have to have the text box saying "patience..." open or should I just stand in that tile?

On another note, the Pokedex seems only to have the Kanto pokedex thus far, so consider fixing it to National.

Ayy got 'em. There's also a cool pokemon in one of the two rooms ;)

  7. Puzzle Spoilers:

I'm pretty sure the brailles are like this:

    Center: Northeast
    Northeast: Southwest
    Southwest: Southeast
    Southeast: Northwest
    Northwest: Northeast

and talking to the panels in that order doesn't do anything :( after the Northwest one there's just a continuous hourglass loop around the signs.
EDIT: Never mind, patience is a virtue, solved it :]
EDIT 2: Now there's an even harder puzzle in the Helix Room... Who are the 4 western warriors?

  8. Wait, how is this going to make Goomy available? I've seen people speaking on how they can have a goomy, is there something with this that has to do with obtaining Goomy?

I think (?) there's a tournament that features a reward of a Goomy. The winner would get one and then could opt to trade it although what person in their right mind would trade exclusive Goomy's away :3
