Dwebble - now not in the wild, obtainable by breeding.-
I guess this means a few things -- it's Tanzan encounter is replaced, either with Boldore or something from Gen 7 that's cave-ish. Additionally, since it is NOT listed as an event, maybe it's not in the 7th street cages anymore and is replaced by something else?
Since Dwebble is only around route 2 and areas, its logical to give us the Crustle encounters in the same area and swap Dwebble for something else.
