      She's pretty busted. Give her a Brave Lance + if you ever get the chance... it's DISGUSTING. ((since it still double hits through Wary Fighter when she starts the attack.))

      Ye best thing with Effie is she starts with ever skill she needs. Death Blow and Wary Fighter are a perfect combo for Brave Lance. Her C isn't a big deal so you can just fill that out with any stat buffs you're missing etc... ((or Saage Blow to help chip units near your main target so your allies can take them down.))
