An exorcism actually, but thats understandable since we have ghost pokemon possessing people in the first generation and that the type Luna is obsessed with is known as the evil type in Japan. However don't get me wrong I'm not saying El isn't extreme, I'm saying he isn't as a extreme as Solaris. You can have a conversation and lose to El, Solaris will try at every opportunity to off you.

I don't care whether Ame's post on April 1st on the dev blog was supposed to be an aprils fool joke or not, i want more of Terra^^
I like Cain as well even though I think his constant flirting with the PC is annoying. Which is why I got a real kick out of Terra giving Cain a taste of his own medicine. He kinda reminds me of Zevran from Dragon Age. Whenever he stops flirting though he shows how much of a great friend he is. Unfortunately he is lost to the void unless Luna does something, I seriously wanted to tell her I wasn't leaving the void without Cain and Gossip Gardivor but alas that wasn't a option.
Adrienn is my favorite gym leader as xe not only uses my favorite type but also is a paragon of virtue and has a great design.
El so far is my favorite villain as he is not as extreme in his methods as Solaris is (who would be the best if he didn't try to kill people left and right with his Garchomp) and seems more reasonable in their understandable original goal IMO. El also helps Bennett and thanks to their interactions Bennett is becoming a better person than he was when he just wanted to be a gym leader. I really would really like to point out to El that what he is doing would go against the will of Arceus since it involves enslaving it to see El's reaction since his faith seems so genuine. Hopefully all three can make complete Heel-Face turns, besides we need El and Bennett for the elite four but Solaris may to far gone unlike his son...
Taka who is my favorite character in Reborn. Hopefully the routes will stay true to their theming and the Zeckrom route will lead to a ideal future thanks to Taka's actions. I'd be really disappointed if he ends up dead like in the other route and nothing is better thanks to his continued existence.

Yes. However we don't know the exact mechanics for getting the extended ending nor its contents. Just guess work based on what gives us points that so far seem to have no use with any character. (Besides minor dialogue changes) Its entirely possible you only need a threshold of points for the extra stuff. Its also possible thanks to less people dieing the extra stuff is harder on that route. The Zeckrom path isn't the only route that uses it's theme, Reshiram has people facing the truth about themselves.

The whole point of the second route is Taka doesn't die, its supposed to be the "ideal" path to take. However it might be a tradeoff of Reshiram has Solaris live, while Zeckrom has Taka live.

Its the best fangame I ever played but it is quite stressful. I'll have to be in the right mood like with Dark Souls before I try doing a replay since I don't play games for their difficulty but for the story and characters.

When discussing plot points of Rejuvenation for theories about Reborn, the real question is while Reborn is canon to Rejuvenation, is Rejuvenation canon to Reborn? Its entirely possible for a version of Reborn's events to happen in Rejuvenation, but for Ame's version not to be connected to Rejuvenation. Ame tends to stay more grounded in the world of the games than Jan does, which implies a different continuity.

Hmm could work but more members like Solaris would have to pull a Heel-Face Turn as Bennet and El are shoe ins for the elite four, leaving us with only Evelynn, Lumina, and possibly Taka. Which means we are 4 or 5 members short. Other possible Meteor members could be Simon and Aster.

As for ideas for what to carry over for the new game + mode if it is feasible, besides the relationship points like Alisae mentioned, I would also like to keep money earned, normal items, (like max repels, most held items, potions, etc.) the dex entries, PULSE entries and Field entries.

So something I noticed was when I was going through the game's graphics folder is Red has some of his sprites in there (Green/Leaf too if I remember right) so what about a postgame bonus pokemon battle with Red, Reborn style? His Charaizard X he has in the anime could be his mega, while either pikachu or Venasuar could be the z move holder. (Venasuar to reference the manga) Other post game ideas I have is a npc that maxes the IVs and lets you customize the EVs of your Pokemon and maybe a new game + mode?
With that out of the way, it's weird to be on the final stretch, on one hand its really good, on the other hand I don't know why but it makes me sad.

Sorry for the double post I waited a long time for this to update but we're now at the end of the Kalos episodes but no one has posted after me. Episodes 15-18 have been posted, you can find a complete playlist here,

Episode 15 The King Returns: I was some what disappointed with this one as it goes for a full out alternate continuity than what actually happened in BW and BW2 where N did not become king of Team Plasma and TP's split looks like it never happened in this version, ultimately culminating in a interesting end which I won't spoil. The positives are the excellent animation, music, N's interactions and said ending. However I can't help but think that this episode would've been better showing how Rood founded Old Team Plasma and his interactions with Clay or the OTP vs NTP fight culminating with N's return.
Episode 16 The Beauty Eternal: A interesting look at Lysandre and Team Flare with a brief look at Diantha before the events of X and Y. The animation is mostly good but a few bits were its off.
Episode 17 The Investigation: A retelling of the Looker and Emma postgame story besides some excellent animation and music this episode is meh IMO.
Episode 18 The Redemption: A fantastic rendition of AZ's backstory and emotional reunion with his floette, this episode has great stylized animation to go with the excellent normal animation and good music.

Really good animation for this episode, I also like how it showed the people getting frozen and the portrayal Sage Zinzolin which is a improvement from last episode. Hopefully the last episode in the BW series is the Team Plasma vs. Neo Team Plasma fight.

I am mixed on this episode on one hand I do love the animation, the gym leaders and the original Team Plasma finally being animated, on the other hand I do think too much focus was placed on Ghetisis role in the group (to the point where if someone new saw this they probably would mistake Ghetisis to be TP's king) and the sages got the same treatment they got in the anime.

Everyone is saying "Chansey is creepier than the whole Chateau" but I thought Chansey was cute ^~^ especially the noises it made.
also that note that Cheryl read sounds familiar. I feel like there was a note that said that somewhere in the chateau in the games.
Agreed Chansey was cute not scary.
I like the episodes we have gotten so far. I wonder what Gen4 has for us in the future episodes.

Aren't fairy tails supposed to have happy endings?
Well like I predicted when the other field was announced, ZEL being split up would still be saying goodbye to three persons, just them as the persona ZEL and the one body. It doesn't have to be the absolute worst outcome.We are the ray of hope beyond despair! You gotta believe things can be better, lets keep hope alive! (I need to stop playing Daganroppa)
As for the field, this is now my second favorite field and actually boosts most of my team. Its going to be pain though if Titania gets it.....

I don't think the damage to a pkmn would be that substansial. I mean skarmory flies at 190 mph according to a dex entry. And skarmory is not known for hitting that hard or being that fast. Tanking a bullet seems not much of a problem. For the trainer, pkmn and humans are very strongly related in the pkmn universe so you can't consider them like normal humans.
Than why would guns be invented?

Episode 1 was basically just another trailer for what the series should be about. Plus, it focused around pikachu, which is always a fail in my book.
Episode 2 had some upsides- like a swat team going in with guns and using pokemon to infiltrate. Oh wait, those weren't guns. Those were metal poles. They were going in to threaten a ganglord with police batons. Stupid much?
Did they really not know Giovanni was a gym leader? One of the only 8 leaders in the whole region/country?
Why do they ignore the in-game dialogue of the first gen to make it seem like he's running away and plotting more instead of going away on a new journey to rediscover what pokemon mean to him and the relationship people and pokemon should have? Or even not use the plot that was developed in the pokemon special comic? Giovanni just comes out as so generic, it just sucked to watch. AND we didn't get to see a pokemon battle. Plus, did you see how poorly Giovanni was animated at the end?
Honestly, this is just bad. Just all around crap so far.
Another thing Giovanni didn't leave Team Rocket to rediscover what pokemon mean to him, he left to grow stronger and was going to rejoin Team Rocket if Ethan/Lyra didn't beat him thanks to Celbi. Of course this information was in at least my case in a hard event to get for HGSS so I don't blame you for not knowing.
Pretty sure the ultimate weapon would have been in a pre-gun era. The bombs though, idk. Voltorbs and Electrodes aren't native to sinnoh are they (I know they aren't btw)? You could argue they could use anything else with explosion, but then you're applying logic to a video game series that shouldn't have much anyway.
Well there is logic in Pokemon it just isn't in the battle system.
I don't think it's as much of 'Guns don't exist' instead of they're simply unnecessary when you have freaking Pokemon around. I mean, you've got fire breathing, electrocuting and Ice blasting creatures at your service here.
Then why doesn't criminals and teams use them? At the very least they could injure the trainer's pokemon or the trainer.

Well that was in the anime, which doesn't even bother to try to be faithful to the games.

Guns don't exist in the Pokemon world, the only weapon besides the shock batons to exist is swords. pokemon mostly replaced the tools for war which is why in the short being a strong Pokemon Trainer is akin to being heavily armed, its also why Ghetisis tried to take away all of the people's pokemon.
People seem to not like Episode 1. It was just an introductory episode showing the theme of Generations. While some are saying that it's Red going to each of the regions, I disagree. I personally think that the Red we see is supposed to represent us as the players progressing through each of the generations and games, not the actual in game Red who sits on Mt. Silver
Red got off Mt. Silver to participate in the World Tournament in BW2 so he does travel and this Red has more of his canon team than Origins!Red so I doubt that it isn't the real Red. He could still represent the player here however.

We already know N's story. He was found an purposefully raised with abused pokemon so that he would grow up with certain ideals that Ghetsis manipulated so he could get his hands on Reshiram/Zekrom. Despite his good intentions, he grows up with a really narrow view of the world and gets taken advantage of. Not really much to it. At most we might see the Zekrom/Reshiram fight. I would hate anything more than that.
We know his background but we don't know what he did between his goodbye scene in BW and his reappearance in BW2. I for one would like to see this journey and see how Rood convinced Clay to let them make Old Team Plasma in Driftveil City.
As for the shorts released today the first one wasn't that great and was just a bunch of action scenes. A little context of what Red was doing would of been nice. On a side note is Generations canon to anything? At first I thought it was a extension to Orign's verse but Red's starter seems to be bulbasuar here. The second one however was great and left me wanting more but were was Looker's croagunk? I really wish these episodes were at least 10 to 15 minutes long as I feel about 4 minutes is just too short.
