Go to your "Saved Games", and then rename your Game.rxdata for Reborn to literally anything else. After you do that, play the game again, and you'll start a new file.
If you ever want to switch files, rename the file you want to play Game.rxdata and the old one something else.
Go to C:\Users\(Your Username)\Saved Games\Pokemon Reborn
Rename the game file located there to something else, but remember the original name. (Just add a numer to the end or something. The next time you save a fter that, the game will automatically create a new file with the old name.
