Went through the art thief sidequest up until I beat the thief and got the painting back. When I got back to the gallery, they said they got a replacement, so now I have a painting in my key items pocket. Is there anything I can do with it yet?

Probably when the public release comes out so that the creator doesn't have to reapply the bug fixes.

Alright so I used patch 10, and my Decidueye's Spirit Shackle was replaced by Steam Eruption for some reason.

You said earlier in this thread Amanda wasn't always a robot, was she turned into one or was she replaced by a robot double?
