      try HP, SPA and SPE, i recomend 124 SPA, 252 SPE and the rest on HP, max IV those stat's too

      actualy it is frail, but EV training makes sure's that you can at least use 1 nastly plot, and it's all you need, trust me i OHOK TERRAw RAWWchonp

      late game tho, this thing its a monster life orb technician icy wind just OK thing's, + you can always set up some nasty plot, just try it
