It's not the system, it's the people who make up the system.

Yeah but the system is pretty much set up to be abused by people all the time.

Then it's the people's fault. Plain and simple.

Every citizen who stood by and did nothing as it was twisted, and all those who stand by and do nothing as it even further twisted... we are all to blame in this mess. We got ourselves here, even if some don't want to take responsibility for that simple fact.
