Is it too late to say I was joking about Toxeon? I'm just messing around by creating things that aren't real. :[ (That doesn't mean I'm not actually creating it.)

I just feel like it'd do Reborn no good, considering it has 95 HP, 130 Atk and 110 Speed BST. It's kinda broken. (65 Def/Spdef, so glasscannon-style)
Who knows, if I ever decide to make a fangame, I'll possibly implement this.
