      They tend to have poor skill and speed... the things you need to really make axes work. ~~and then you get Rinkah who's got plenty of skill, but all her other growths are pretty much garbage.~~

      oh and further... the ones in GBA that have good speed... have terrible con and therefore can't wield stronger axes.
