So I just finished E5 and I got a couple of ones to point out:
Articuno
SpoilerMore specifically, you need to start the quest chain with Clarke at North Cellia to get the event at Silver Rise.
Drilbur:SpoilerNot entirely sure yet, but there's an Excadrill at Dreamscape that you can interact with. I'll check this in a minuteYeah, I'm just too lazy to do Dreamscape quests because of the fog, but I managed to beat the rogue Excadrill and got nothing, so whoops.

You might also want to chain breed all 31's you want first on a single pokemon using the strat Edo mentioned (Power items and Destiny Knot), so it's easier for you to breed other pokemons in the future without relying on the 1/32 chance of getting the desired 31 random stat. Just catch a bunch of pokemons that belong to the dragon (our other groups if you feel like it) group and start the chain. Once you get your first 5~6 x 31 IVs males, things will get a lot easier.

@Trufa Yeah, I have a few (5) spares, though, I can't trade her right now due the university's wi-fi not allowing connection with servers such as the Reborn's online server.

@LynxBach Cubone evolves to Alolan Marowak when leveled up at night, starting at level 28.

@Luck Repellent Tristan is, by far, the hardest leader imo...unless you have a Blaziken. Since you can get Scizor before Rosetta, she's reeeally easy. Otherwise, she's eeh, alright, I guess.

Flame Charge A-Marowak is a valid set for sweeping teams that lacks a scarf mon or something that is immune to ghost/fire stabs, though, as many mons force it out either by a strong special attack (due its poor natural sp.def), coverage move or STAB (either special or a super effective hit), it's not a entirely viable set if compared to a Brave 0 Speed A-Marowak under TR, and specially on Reborn, where you can have access to Amplifield Rock to extend your TRs, TR attacker A-Marowak is definitely the best set in my opinion. I do have those if you want (because I bred them both because I wasn't sure if I would run Ada 31 speed or Brave 0 speed), whichever suits you better.

@Rochi I can't trade right now because the university's Wi-Fi does not allow me to connect to the Reborn servers, so I'll only be able to trade in 4~5 hours, when I go back home x.x

@Rochi I'm not sure if we'll have a Surf Pikachu considering it's a special event and not a TM/TMX compatibility thing.
Also, I got some spare Adamant Cubones (cuz they're just too slow for a Jolly nature). I'm not sure if I have Thick Bones to spare, though, but I have a feeling that we can buy those somewhere or mine them... -

@Hoodless as of now, nothing really major other than different dialogues (except for battle/don't battle Taka, that determines which path you'll take).
They are supposedly related to post-game sidequests.

I don't know if you got it, but I stumbled upon your post several days ago and couldn't try it out earlier, but yeah, you can find Thick Clubs on wild Cubones at Vejyr. Sorry for taking so long to try it out! >.<
