Genprey are worse. They'll attack sleeping monsters, then switch to randomly paralyzing you while it wakes up.

Main thing you need to avoid is the "flame" breath. Not the spheres but the one that explodes horizontally. Also, another good idea is getting some friends to grind Gore and make Gore armour/weapons. They're really OP for that part of the game. Oh, and uh. Don't use gunner weapons.

I just wish you could carry more than one shock traps because holy shit those things boom.

You technically can. Just take 2 Thunderbugs and 2 Trap Parts into the field and craft them when you need another trap.

Step 2. Proceed to grind with said friends to get armour way above your level (like Gore)

Step 3. Proceed through story and Isaac Clark Stomp everything until current gear loses efficiency

Step 4. Repeat Step 2 as needed
