    I'm curious about all the hidden X-doors hidden around the Reborn region in ep 15 and before being removed in ep16, is there a reason for that? Or is it some part of the story that you decided to remove/change into something else, and if it is removed, could you tell what they were originally intended to do?

      I'm positive that the reason those stone doors were there for the Legendary Pokemon, which you would've gotten post game.
