Teixeira31 Posted August 11, 2019 Share Posted August 11, 2019 So I found the submarine in route 11 and the person said for me to activate the panels of the towers from the tallest to the smallest I know all the tower locations but when I try to activate them it jus says "you leave the panel alone" I'm I missing something??
