vivaCH Posted August 4, 2019 Share Posted August 4, 2019 Hello everyone, I'm redoing a rejuvenation run and surprisingly i think there is a problem with the speed stat in Narcissa's gym. I carefully read the field effect manual but I couldn't find anything about reducing or boosting speed. However her Chandelure and Rotom outspeed my full speed EV midday Lycanroc and even my full speed EV Greninja. Also Branette full speed EV(65 basis) is outsped by Spiritomb(35 basis) which I doubt is full speed EV. How is it possible ? Did i miss something on the field effect manual or is this a bug ?
