Nexen57 Posted July 11, 2019 Share Posted July 11, 2019 If you started the game then i'm afarid to tell you that you will have to get the 12th badge and get access to Fly before getting it. If you are already beyond that point then Spoiler You have to cut the cherry tree in Past Sheridan Village then fly to Present route 2 and go where the guy is blocking you,enter the building,take the research notes then fix the tree in the past,fly to Present Route 2, give the notes to the scientist and he will move out of your way and let you get Flabebe.  Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
