[E18] Joltik/Galvantula

Where do I get Joltik or Galvantula?

 

I did the event in Peridot and got a Grubbin. But I am unable to find Joltik anywhere even post-restoration.

Joltik and Galvantula can be found on night time at the old man's garden in Peridot (left and up the pokecenter). It's a wild encounter.

Anywhere in lower peridot grass including the garden (I tend to get them by the fountain) at night you can find them
